I just moved to Goshen about two weeks ago. I had a gift card to Kroger and it is the closest grocery store to me. Three visits there was more than enough. I will not be returning. I have asked the employees for help finding certain items and repeatedly the response both my wife and I have received have been along the lines of "How am I supposed to know?" When escalating to a manager the response is "Well if I dont know, obviously no one knows." I do not expect every employee to have the entire inventory memorized but I would have appreciated at least some direction. I set up a Kroger card and must have set it up incorrectly because my phone number doesnt work when typing it in at the register. After, again, asking for help, the overwhelming response I got was that it was entirely my fault and nothing could be done to help. It is not the prices, the location or the selection I have a problem with but the way my wife and I have been treated repeatedly. I am sorely dissatisfied and insulted at the way their employees speak to people.

Staff is helpful and tries to greet customers as they are working, asks if you need help. Produce is just inside the door, usually fully stocked and many choices. There was however screaming kids that were uncontrollable which is not the stores fault but it was quite distracting. Aisles were mostly cleared of stock although meat and dairy were being stocked during my visit and it was hard to get thru those areas. A few of the chicken sale items were out of stock. One of the main reasons I drove there was to pick those up. The deli case needs a little assistance as there were a few items that looked past the dates and the BBQ chicken tray had spilled over to another item. This location is always busy and needs to have more check out help. Typically several in line at each open register.

I was in there just today and I was cheated out of money big time. Signs under what I got had one price then when I checked out the price was completely different even with my Kroger card. Needless to say, you guys need to stick to the signs if they are accurate vs cheating people out on money and if they arent accurate then change the signs. I couldnt even get my money back because of the store. I wont shop there again and I want my money back for the things you guys refused to give me back!

Absolutely love the staff at the pharmacy here! I switched all my meds from CVS to Kroger pharmacy because they are helpful, kind, & fast at getting your medications to u in a very timely manner! Also I have to give props to the rest of the store! This Kroger is clean, has reasonable pricess, great deals, also the staff there are always kind & friendly as well! Have to give them 10 stars! Great job Kroger, Staff, & management team!

A huge thank you to an AMAZING team at the GOSHEN KROGER! We had a family emergency and had to leave behind all the groceries in the shopping cart. After returning from the hosptial, the Kroger team had put all the items into a cooler and had them all ready for us when we arrived. Nice store with friendly staff. If you are a Kroger card member, they send you plenty of coupons and the ability to load them on your card from you phone is a plus. They seemed a little short handed at peak times with their checkout lanes. Also, they seem to be out of stock a lot of times on items we purchase normally, dont know if its due to our timing or lack of their inventory control. Overall a nice place to shop.

Recently while shopping at your store I had to wait twice in the " less than 15 item" check out line for people with full carts. Whats the use of having a " less than 15 items" row? On numerous Occasions Ive sought to find items run in your weekly flyer only to Have an employee tell me, " were going to get a truck tonight," or That spot on the shelf is empty. Come on, get with it.

Ill start by saying I never add reviews, but couldnt resist this one. This is my home grocery store and this morning after finding out my fitness center was closed for the week, I headed to Kroger to pick up some supplies for the week. This was early morning and I had 4 separate staff members greet me with a smile and a good morning. Thanks, great way to start the day!

Ive poor service from management cussing a for politely asking them to move and nothing done about it, rude cashiers, waited forever at the deli, and the self-checkout is a nightmare it never works right. If it wasnt the closest 24-hour market to me I would never shop there at all.

This fairly small krogers is somewhat limited in what they carry by its modest size. In my opinion it would benefit from a remodeling. On the plus side, it is located in a busy corridor which will make it easy to get to once goshens much hated road renovation project is completed.

Aisles are too small, store layout is very confusing (half aisles mixed with open concept type shopping and not enough space) trying to get out is usually hell becuase the service desk is so crowded you cant get through the tiny area.

Kroger is not a bad place to shop, especially if you need whatever is on special. However, the store itself is kind of gross; it smells weird, its poorly lit, and the aisles are so narrow you cant get two carts side-by-side.

I was apprehensive because the Kroger in Ligonier is horrible. This one in Goshen was FABULOUS. Item prices were marked unlike Ligonier store. Staff was so nice and helpful unlike Ligonier who always lose the good staff.

Great produce and organic selections. Staff is super helpful. Many sale items all the time. Excellent selection. You can find whatever you need grocery wise at this store. Pharmacy also available.

Went in the middle of the day and had a cart full of groceries and the only chexk lanes that were open were self serve and 15 items or less. Their store is going down hill in a lot of ways.
