I live in Arizona, but Tiffany was a huge help to me when ordering a Confetti Fruit Cupcake that contained Dipped Strawberries and a Belgian Chocolate Pop. My girlfriend is currently in Indiana to be with her dad, but that was not going to stop me from giving her chocolate dipped strawberries, a Happy Birthday balloon, and a nice Happy Birthday message. Tiffany assured me that the order would arrive before or at 12, and it did. Thank you Tiffany and Edible Arrangements for enabling me to give my girlfriend something great while she is over a 1,000 miles away!

Got a promotional email offering FREE delivery for Christmas. Thought this could be a fun idea for my wife, and family visiting(Id likely have partaken as well). I proceeded to add 3 items totaling over $250. Went to apply my promo code(that they sent me) and got an error message stating this store(my only choice in Fishers) does not accept the promo. Nice work, fear of loosing a $14 delivery charge just cost you a $250 order....and future orders.......and even worse, motivated to write a poor review.

Worst experience EVER. My first time using this service , I waited almost 2hours for an order. I spent $200.00 , the owner walks in does not speak to me. The gentlemen then leaves the store with a personal order . I work for a major company in town and zip will never do business with this location again.
