WARNING- inconsiderate business practice I met Shane at the NY NOW trade show, where he placed an order of hand blown glassware (of over $2000 retail value), some of which I custom made just for him. Upon timely delivery of the order, it was refused and sent back to me (leaving me to pay the shipping for both ways, about $100). It’s bad enough when a client cancels an order after it has been produced, but to allow me to ship it and then not accept it is completely inconsiderate. In the “about us” section of his website, Shane gives the impression that he genuinely cares about the artists that he represents in his gallery. This is a joke. Over the last few weeks, I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing many times. No one is getting back to me. Shane, you should contact me. If you are a vendor considering doing business with Addendum, be warned.

Wonderful store with a large selection of up market gifts that are not found anywhere else in Indiana. Helpful staff that really know their stuff! My go to place for gifts and candles & jewelry for me!
