Bought a Quart of Cold stone prepacked Ice Cream from the factory and it did not taste right. Contacted cold stone and they called the same day and replaced it with a new quart and it tasted great. A mister Jim Johnson from cold stone took care of the problem.Loyal customer of cold stone thanks again. Made me feel like a valued customer.
