Worst customer service ever. Very unhelpful and very rude. Verified problem is at their end. But they wont even try to fix it. Theres a female technician who seems to actually be working against the customers instead of for them.. It should be human nature to try to help the customer (in this case it was my low-income elderly mother). I called the Insurance company to make sure the problem wasnt at their end. Walmart pharmacy is supposed to be a preferred provider for this insurance.
