There is a lot of grocery competition in this area. Its hard to say which grocery is best overall. The groceries are a little more expensive at Marsh than at some other stores. One area where Marsh excels is the salad bar. I frequently eat Marsh salad bar for lunch because I think it has the most toppings and is one of the better values. I also like that the seafood counter will fry fish and hush puppies for you.

Have worked at Carmel store for year and a half, loved every minute, every co-worker, all our loyal customers, so sad this has to end because of kroger up the road, this should never have happened. Marsh let their employees down, that we showed up for work every day and made our customers happy and sometimes went out of our way for them.

Its a shame their closing, but always loved the fresh produce and the and baked goods. The staff was courteous and helpful, even in in the chaos of the closing.
