This "Clinic" is an absolute ripoff. I went there 3 weeks ago @ 6pm and they close @ 7pm with a severe sore throat and was told by the "nurse practitioner" that if the test came back negative she wouldnt prescribe any antibiotics even though, I fully explained to her that after 57 years, my experience has been if I dont take care of this virus I am prone to secondary respiratory infections, resulting in bronchitis or pneumonia. This has happened to me many times in the past. She couldve cared less, she was more interested in turning patients away( putting up the closed sign @ 6:30pm) and getting out of there. I will never go there again or shop @ that CVS ever again. My opinion is that theyre basically a waste of time and are very interested in billing your insurance rather than helping you. I ended up trying to ride it out for 3 weeks and finally went to St Vincent Immediate Care @ 13250 Hazel Dell Pkwy was in and out in less than an hour, hassle free. Met with a real nurse and a real doctor (who diagonosed me with pneumonia) and ended up spending less than @ CVS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY @ CVS!!!

It was just past 10pm and the pharmacist was very rude. With no one in line he told me it would be 20 minutes to fill a script and told me to sit down. I explained that Ive been sitting all day and Ill just stand and wait. He told me I couldnt stand there. There was no one else in the store and told me to have a seat again. While the pharmacist assistant was taking orders in the drive through and telling them they would have their scripts in 10 minutes. He filled 3 cars scripts until he finished mine. What a jerk!

While the service is ok, I have had issues with my credit cards there. They scan just fine, but even with an RFID blocking wallet, and switching to cards without RFIDs, I still have gotten warnings from each credit card company I am with that there have been fraudulent charges. They only happen at this CVS, never any other. DONT COME HERE. AT ALL. Its not worth it to get an extra 200 put on your card, just go to the walgreens down the street, or find another CVS.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY PHARMACY STAFF!!!!! I left my old CVS to drive a little further for the excellent customer service and personal care! YES, the are very busy, but most 24 hour stores are!

Poor experience in store and at the pharmacy. Walked in to a cashier that was rude, and a pharmacist on the night shift who smiles but says all the wrong things.
