This store is a joke! Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. The staff cannot and will not help you unless you are going to spend more money. Dont go here if your phone is jacked up, even if you purchased it at this location and if you have any Apple products all they will do is send you to the north side to the Apple Store unless of course you are willing to pay more money. The last time I was in this store, I walked in and there were three staff members right inside the door playing on their phones and not one of them asked if I needed help. Finally, after several minutes, someone came up from the back of the store and asked if I needed help but like I said before they will not help you unless you want to spend money. Terrible store and terrible service. I suggest the Sprint store at Thompson and 31 South if you want good service.

They always appear to be busy until you realize their pace is slow. If you go here expect to be waiting for hours, bring a tent and prepare to camp out. On several occasions they have hyped a better cheaper plan for us only to end up being charged more and more. They have never gotten a plan order correct and I am the one that ends up arguing with Sprint to get the plan right. It takes 5+ days to get a broken phone replaced which they pass the blame on to Sprint. Demo phones are rarely, if ever,charged or available. Avoid this store like the plague.

I would like to say thanks to Alex for all his help. I was hesitate when my family wanted to change from AT&T to Sprint. We had some issues but Alex really came through and helped us with all our issues. Alex alway answered the phone and never pawned us off on someone else. All of our phones and service are 100% now! Its very rare that you get this kind of quality customer service that my family and I received from this store. Great job Alex!!

Look I came I there pretty upset and was given the run around by two corporate stores because my device literally would randomly stop working. The district manager was there and was understanding and helpful and Alec the repair tech was calm n helped me out. Would definitely go back there to get any new devices! My phone was on back order and they got me another within 3 days. Thanks again guys. Keep up the good work

Jerks. Also, many of the demo phones arent even plugged in or turned on for demo use. Went in to demo a Galaxy S5, they didnt have one out for display and had to get the demo model from the back office. Manager was a jerk too.

This store sucks. They treat u like u are stupid, and can only recomend u hard reset it phone as a repair. And if the keep it make sure u get everything back and they didnt switch u out.....
