Not so much hate ,but use to love going into here but ,hell toy prices was to high and higher then the dollar store right beside them and even higher then Wal-Mart on a lot of things that evenning I was in there.turtle was 9.99 and heck wal mart was 5.99 to 6.99 ea. Dollar store 5.00 ea

Its not the best Big Lots Ive ever been to, but its clean, and they have a pretty good selection. Ive gotten some sweet deals on foodstuffs, and this is mainly what I come here for. Some of the cashiers are pretty slow, which is annoying when its busy, but at least they are nice.

Big Lots is not one of the stores that I think to visit first in Bloomington. I think what stood out to me most was the selection of well priced low-end electronics selection is something to consider if you need a set of headphones in a pinch.

I think our B-town store is a bit above the others. I go in there for a few specific items as well as snacks. They have one of the best selections of pet items of the stores Ive been to, and that alone keeps me coming back!

Do not expect "upscale" shopping. For what it is, Big Lots is great. I usually shop there for decorative items, furniture, and all kind of other random stuff. Big Lots has pretty good prices on sometimes limited selection.

Big Lots gets a lot of overstock from gourmet shops and sells them at rockbottom prices. Basic hardware tends to be fifty percent what you would pay elsewhere. This is my favorite retail store in Bloomington.

Big Lots sells everything and I never know what to expect when I go there. Its actually a great place to find gourmet food items at cheap prices. The staff at this location have always been wonderful!
