It was my first experience to go there and sell my clothes, but while i was waiting to get the confirmation about my product. I saw through the store and there was some clothes that wasnt have brand name on it. Some of them were dirty marks. But i didnt said anything just leave and come back when they send me the message. They said that didnt want my clothes cause some of them the brand is not recognized, and because there was an exception of the time. No more than 2 years old and in the label that is on the clothes it shows the year of that. Everthing i took there was brand new and some of them practical new. And with brand that is recognized ( NIKE, SKETCHES, OLD NAVY, NEW YORK, AEROPOSTALE, JENNIFER LOPEZ, MITSY, AND SOMETHING ELSE... ) When they have some horrible clothes and dirty... Never go back again and i dont going to recommended to nobody.

This store is ridiculous! They have big sigh with top ten brands, from which I guess they are looking to be with gold. I brought a bag full with items as Loft, Express, Banana Republic and etc., and I was told that my items are old or very used...hahahahaha, total joke, everything in that bag was not more than two years old. While I was waiting I went through their perfect store and I saw not one or two items which were in horrible conditions and a lot used!!!?? Are you kidding me? Not to mention that there was a pregnant woman on who they didnt give her to use the bathroom!!!!!! I will never ever in my life will go there!

Great people work here who really want to see you walk out happy. To the folks who think they got duped with a fake....well that one is on you! These folks really work to help and have alot to offer...been a loyal customer for a year and have been happy with all my items but one....and guess what....I sucked it up! Go for it...you really will have a good time treasure hunting here. If you are looking for the new..not your place, go back to the mall:-)

I had a great experience dealing with them. They were very friendly and I didnt find anything in the store that looked dirty or outdated as another review had mentioned? It was very organized by designer and style or by season. I brought some of my own clothes in and made some cash. Ive never done this before so I wasnt sure what types of fashions they needed, but, now I know and I will be bringing in more!!!!! Thanks Clothes Mentor!

Very brand oriented. It doesnt matter the condition. Clothes Mentor believes there is value in junk, stained, dirty, worn out or outdated. You literally have to dig to find anything decent to wear. Brands are just recycled more than 3 times. I noticed a Tahari tablet case that was filthy dirty and I said to the manager, this is filthy. Her reply was" but its Tahari".

My favorite go to store. A girl can usually find something here from tops, shoes, purses, dresses, sandals in designer brands at reasonable prices. Just wish they had a closer location to where I live.
