Every time I come here the drive-through is a really long wait. I currently have been waiting over 20 min. This is unacceptable. I have been at other locations and the wait was not nearly this bad.

I walked into this Starbucks a few minutes before they closed and they refused to serve me. In my opinion thats bad customer relations. Customers are always first. I will never come back here.

If youre not a regular or family dont go they are too busy talking to their family members and giving them discounts and treating the the non regulars like there a problem.
