Without a doubt the worst Starbucks that I go to in the area. I usually go to a different Starbucks everyday, but about once a week I stop here. Every time I stop here the wait at the drive thru, and inside, is terrible. The first time it happened I thought they were just busy or not having their best day. But then every time I have been there since (not even during the morning rush) the wait times have been just as bad, or worse. Then when I get to the front of the line, or drive thru, there is just no sense of urgency among the staff to get through the line. I have been to many Starbucks where I see staff members work hard to get people in and out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this Starbucks just does not do that. So, after another long wait this morning, and overall poor customer service (no apology for the wait, or sense of how slow they are) I am going to try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

I dont know what people are talking about. Of course a free standing Starbucks is quicker due to flow, but I go here 4-5 times a week due to convenience and it is no longer than 80% of them. I have never waited 30 minutes, but if I have a long wait, they are giving you free coffee. Instead of sitting in the drive through, which I will admit is awkward, go inside! Usually it is empty in there when the drive through is long... and it sounds like getting out of the car might be good for some on here. Oh, and when you order coffee that I wouldnt know how to pronounce, IT TAKES LONG TO MAKE. ANYWHERE! The baristas do a great job and are pleasant. It typically depends on your attitude walking in. All I wanted to know was how early they opened...wow! How many on here who angrily posted while in line post in line when things are quick? Probably none! Put a smile on, it might make your life better.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and Im very happy about it. Its definitely the best one of Ive been to thus far. The staff is always very friendly and upbeat no matter how slow or busy they are. Even when they were undergoing construction about a month or so ago and had to take orders in the drive-thru "Portillos style", they were still incredible with service. They always make friendly conversation, make good recommendations, and show appreciation to their customers. I know Starbucks overall is pricey but with good quality and great service, its totally worth the splurge now and again.

While this is still a Starbucks and they are able to make drinks, thats the only reason they get 2 stars. This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have every been too. Ive given them ample amount of chances always hoping theyll improve, but so far I havent been impressed. Ive waited in the drive-thru and Ive gone inside to try and get my drink quicker to no avail. On average i would plan on spending at least 15-20 minutes here getting a drink. Something needs to change. I just avoid going here now. I would rather just go to the target starbucks down the street.

The most convenient coffee fix on the way to work. The drive through moves fairly quickly but because it is on the side of a major through-way in the parking lot the line can get confusing. Several times people have either tried to provide a gap and folks end up cutting or people will pull up and then folks trying to pass through to get out of the parking lot are blocked in.

While they serve all of the Starbucks things, I think everyone here aspires to work at the DMV someday. I rarely get my order in less than 10 minutes, even if nobody is in front of me. Their drive through is usually backed up to the access road behind the store (inpart because it is quite small). Go here for the products, not the speed of service.

Probably one of the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Their service for the drive through is like they have inexperienced people always takes over 30mins for coffee and one time their power went out and they had to give ious to customers they had already charged get your stuff together its just making coffee not rocket science

real polite but i ordered a venti ice vanilla Coffee with easy ice but they forgot the vanilla and it was bitter but I love Starbucks coffee so it was fine... & even though my order wasnt exact the polite girl taking my order made me not mind as much...& I still enjoyed it anyways.. Lol : )

Always stop at this location the way out of town. Good drinks and friendly staff, but ordering a blonde roast always ends up taking way longer than what seems necessary. Ordered online and still had to wait inside and tell them why I was waiting so they would start making my drink.

In contrast to all of the positive reviews I see here, I dislike this particular Starbucks. The staff is consistently slow even when there is no line, my orders are never followed through correctly the first time, and staff is unable to answer questions in a helpful way

I have been going to Starbucks for years!! The Location on 59 store #1536 has been a great place to relax!! The staff is always upbeat and positive with happy smiling faces!! Hats off to Michelle as she always seems brighten things up every time that I visit!!

I love starbucks, and the people here are nice, however, sometimes theyre overwhelmed inside and it shows. Historically this Starbucks has horrendous wait times, I started using the app to preorder my food and really seems to help, sometimes.

SLOWEST starbucks- wait is at least 10-15mins always messing up our drinks customer service is POOR-they will blame you for sending a drink back if it was made wrong and roll their eyes at you!!!

Most of the time the drinks are good. Staff are very friendly and nice. However, it takes too long to get a drink. It should not take 20 minutes to get a drink when it is not busy.
