I absolutely hate this location which totally sucks because I live 2 minutes away from it all most all the employees here have to truly hate there jobs I called the bakery department a few days ago about placings some GF/DF cupcakes on hold for a birthday party I was going to the young lady took my information and said that she would let the rest of the bakery department know about my order I arrived around a hour later with a friend to pick up my order and low and behold after waiting 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us a young man walked up with a attitude and very rudely ask me what I wanted I should have asked to speak to a manager but I was pressed for time I proceed to ask for my order after looking confused for a moment he said let me check the freezer mean while my friend had walked away to pick up the brie and crackers we also put on hold she returned like 2 minutes before he did and ask why was it taking so long I explained that he had to go to the freezer and get them when he returned he informed us that no cupcakes were on hold and she laughed and said I didnt realize cupcakes was located in the hot food department since thats the last place she saw him talking to his coworker I could not believe he hadnt even really gone to check we put back all the stuff we were going to purchase and left whole foods really needs to take a long hard look at there employees at this location if I could give a negative star I would thanks for ruining my friends birthday party

Great way to simplify your life, get rid of your bank account and bring in your paycheck once a month for the best diet plan in town: a modest portion of crappy food that you wont want to eat. In general, they have poor selection in most departments, old display items are whats on sale (especially in the bakery and prepared-foods), theyre always out of good items or cancelling things that sell well, possibly because it creates empty spots on shelves... I have no idea what their reasoning is. Some of their employees are arrogant and disrespectful. The only good things at the store are things you can get at other stores, like Meyenberg goat milk.

Whole foods has become a mecca for people who want healthier choices for their food. You can know this by just walking in to one. Its always jam packed with people making it hard to navigate. If it was possible to make this location bigger than improve the experience tremendously. If you are looking for a smaller, quieter, easier to navigate, and quicker shopping experience I suggest The Sugar Beet on Madison St. But If you need more options, with a fully stocked meat, fish departments and walls upon walls of supplements than whole foods has got you covered.

Bad customer service. I called asking for a vanilla ice cream cake, a woman answered and told me yes but to verify sent me to the freezer/banking department. Man answers and says "we have plenty" as he said he had gone to check for me. I arrive at the store a half hour later and there are no vanilla ice cream cakes. They had other cakes but no vanilla, I dont believe they checked to make sure they had the cake I was specially looking for, avoid this store as they cant follow simple directions.

When stopping at Whole Foods I keep in mind that their mission is quality and high standards. So I might spend a bit more money than other stores but having organic products and also helping organic growers build better products for us is what keeps bringing me back. I enjoy discovering new things around the store. I also enjoy their wine selection as well as the big selection of teas. Being healthy is my priority. will keep coming back.

Waiting in the check out line yesterday. Cashier had a full conversation with the lady in front of me which I had no problem with hands the lady her receipt and shes out ther door. My turn comes next and the cashier looks at me like Im a child that just disappointed her. No friendly interaction. Then had the nerve to CHECK my receipt before handing it to me like she didnt just see me pay for it.

#FMMChi WOW this place made me feel swanky as i shopped for items i needed here...large varieties of things that ive never seen before in my life ... prices for things range to reasonable to pricey...service is excellent - ask and they shall help you with whatever you need. The lines move quickly so youre not waiting forever. Its just a really nice store in the shopping center here.

Lots to say thats good about this Whole Foods, but I wish the meat department gave faster service. They usually have only one employee waiting on customers. Other employees are there, but they are doing other things and will not drop what they are doing to wait on a customer. This has resulted in some very long wait times to be serviced...

Unfortunately this whole foods is too crowded. It really needs a bigger space. Other than that, I really enjoy this whole foods. They always keep shelves stocked and the food is always well kept. The store is clean and the cashiers are all fast and know what they are doing.

I would love if someone in the corporate read this: Ive spoke with some of your chefs and I found out that the food bar is all sended frozen and isnt fresh at all, some of the dishes use conservatives and sugar, so could I ask to label this food please. Thanks

This location had the blueberry muffins I always go for a default because they are excellent. But they also had Macaroons which the local Panera Bread did NOT have in stock. Plus this location has a great selection on Samosas

Pricey, but they have high quality fresh produce and meats. There are bargains if you shop wisely. Baked goods dry, expensive. Shopping for a family will bust the budget. Singles buying small quantities do well.

This Whole Foods has the best baguettes out of any other Ive ever been to! Check out times are always short and the staff is incredibly friendly! Definitely tops the charts as one of my favorite places to shop.

This location always has a great selection of frozen ethnic food. Plus they recently updated the hot food area and the bakery sections. The bakery area had less variety in their product selection as a result :(

Went to whole foods for the first time and I was amazed. I was in love with all there organic fresh fruits and veggies. Never get vegan ramen noodles. The prices are fair. I also like how Eco-friendly it is.

Everyone bitches about the prices but still da best produce in RF/OP/FP. I like the older smaller layout. Basically has everything the newer ginormous stores have without the Walmartian footprint.

The hot bar needs to upgrade to bett er choices, like collard greens rather than kale, not enough meat in chili, beans not cooked. More meats like fried chicken wings everyday and fried r ice.

Whole Foods Market store has a wide selection and reasonably priced produce. Packed foods are amazing. Attendants are very helpful and friendly.I highly recommend this place.
