Went on to buy liqouqr and beer, with my younger brother. I am 24 years old and was hving a birthday party for my son turning 4. I took him in because i thougjtni would need help taking the beer to the car, but the beer was to expensive to even consider. I traveled to this liqour store thinking it was cheap. So to not makenmy trip in vain i was going to buy two bottles of Cazadores . They asked me for my ID and then asked my brother who is 14. I told them what was going on and they did not wan to sell me the liqour. So i went to walmart and boughy my beer and bottles there. Saved about 25 dollars by doing so.

Kenwood looks like a typical Chicago crap-hole liquor store, and parking is a royal pain if theyre even marginally busy...but, every once in a while you can find a craft beer here that is either hard to find or just plain impossible to get anywhere else. I found Bells The Oracle here a couple of weeks ago, which Ive never seen in the Chicago area. Prices are competitive.

The parking here really sucks...........I am sure there are plenty of accidents! These cashiers need lessons in courtesy..........sometimes never a thank you, much less a smile. Though I have to say the one parking lot attendant, wish I knew his name, is a friendly and helpful person, as are the store helpers. Hire new cashiers................get a bigger parking lot!

Kenwoods staff in Oak Lawn really make the trip pleasurable. While the alcohol market always seems to rise in expense, Kenwoods pricing remains extremely affordable. Between the great selection of alcohol, low prices, and extremely courteous, knowledgeable & friendly staff, Kenwood Liquors in Oak Lawn is the best place to go for all your alcohol needs!

Best selection around and at better prices that anywhere else. If they dont have it, they can most likely order it for you. Friendly staff. The only downside is the small parking lot, but additional parking is available just to the north.

I have been doing business at Kenwood Liquors for many years. The prices are competitive The Establishment is clean and accessible. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would not think of shopping any other place.

Kenwood is one of the best liquor stores on the Southside. The store sells more Miller lite and jack Daniels than any other location so they can discount other bottles. They have some of the best prices around.

Great selection. Bad parking especially Fridays and Saturdays and before a holiday. Prices are competitive. My dad used to bring me here as a kid and people would always hand out pretzel rods at the register.

Huge selection and very fast service for somewhere that is always busy. Also it may sound silly, but I love that they have such thick bags! Drinks are heavy and no worries of them breaking here!
