Lottery theives. I went in there with a winning scratch off and they gave me the wrong pay out and gave me the wrong ticket back. I argued with the man behind counter. He played dumb. I know what my ticket looks like. Straight up lier and theif . Ill never go back there and scratch off winners go elsewhere.
