Went into this Star bucks today September 21, 2014 around 1:20 pm, I was with my grandson we went inside their was no one in line. I stood their a good 4 mins no one said we right with you or can I help you!!!! Whats wrong Star bucks you dont wait on people of color?? only if they are in the drive thru so you can get to the customers you really care about THE WHITE ONES,,,,

I usually give law score when the order didnt go the way I would to be.Today the same thing happens to me when I ordered the tall cappuccino, milk was too much, returned it and ask to make it right. The barista was very nice and apologize twice but also gave a free drink for the next time. Here Im more subjective and give the full score just for personable lady.

Its the best Starbucks in the area!! Staff is always friendly & outgoing! Inside the store its always clean & the products that are displayed are always inviting for purchase. Cant say enough about this store!!!

all my coffee turns out great and all the staff is attentive and kind but the lady manager was short with customers and treated the other staff like dirt. definitely need a change in managers

Extremely unprofessional & very poor costumer service. Woman manager was very disrespectful to costumers, as well as her staff..it was a very uncomfortable environment.

Beautiful Service and delightful Coffee. Their symbol is a Greek god for luring you. Its quite hilarious since they already got good drinks and stuff.
