Let me start by saying that Matt has done a piece of work for me and i love this shop. hands down great artists.....but several months ago I had an appointment with Dave, when I arrived Dave was not there. I ended up having another artist there say they would do the work. I already had the image tattooed on my arm- it was the white cat from Aristocats... I told him what I wanted and he did ALL OF THE COLORING IN BROWN!!!!! Yes brown. (I cant watch while its being done) anyway.. As time passed I got over Daves unprofessionalism.. And I made an appointment with him today. WELL... On my day off, after paying childcare for my daughter and After driving all the way to granite city FROM OFallon Missouri... Dave again wasnt there, and they didnt have the courtesy to call me to cancel the appointment. I understand that life happens-- but this is horrible business practices... I am completely disappointed and will not be promoting or patronizing this place..

Only 1 star cause I cant give it a zero star Got a piercing from Matt. It fell out. Went back to talk to him. He said wait 2 weeks. Went back in 2 weeks. He wasnt there. I asked if someone else could do it. No was my answer Owener of the shop yelled at me & called me every foul name in the book
