I went in and asked for a double nose piercing, one right behind my origional piercing. Before he even let me see the dot, Carlos pierced my nose right ABOVE my og piercing. I of corse staeted crying because this man just put a hole incorrectly into my body. It was bleeding profusley because it was so high up. I talked to the owner, Juan, who gave me a gift cerrificate for a new piercing so I figured Id take the wrong one out and get it repierced, no problem. WRONG. Went in again about a week later and Juan did the same danm thing just slightly diagonal from the first one. I even showed him a picture and everything. He was super salty about it so I just left. I got my first nose piercing and my cartelidge done by a lady with blond hair (I forget her name because it was over a year ago). But she was flawless. I dont have anything to say about their tattoos, but if the owner was this rude and inconsiderate, I will nver be going back. If I had known that Area51 did piercings too, I wouldve went there first.

I think the shop reviews depends on who you talk to when you go. My artist, Josh Boston is cool, and I have never had any problems with anyone at this shop, but I dont interact with all of them. Listen lets be honest here, a tattoo artist does not have a normal job, he or she drives ink into your body for a living. If you go into a shop you should not be treated rudely, or with disrespect, I agree with that, but this profession is not one that attracts uptight, tie wearing, Lexus driving employees. All i am saying is dont expect that you are walking into a Target store, expect to be treated a bit rudely, but be happy when you are not. At the end of the day you are the customer with the money, you have shop options too, that one is not the only one that exists.

I went into area 51 and they said the design i wanted wouldnt be able to cover up my old tattoo that well, and that i would need a darker back ground or a different design. The guy was totally kool with me and told me the truth. I went into blue magic showed them the design i wanted and then showed them what i wanted covered up (which was on my lower front hip) and the guy there got a CREEPY smile and said "oh yea we can cover that up no problem." I DONT RECOMMEND anyone going there, they just want your money! Go to Area 51, their vary professional about artwork, and gave me the honest truth.

I took my daughters for ear piercings today. We saw Josh. He was polite, knowledgable and made my 12 & 14 year old girls feel at ease. As he promised - there was NO PAIN and they both said they were happier coming here than to Claires where they have gone in the past but had HUGE infections using the pierce gun. Blue Magic is CLEAN CHEAPER and KNOW what they are doing. So glad I did my homework and came here! Thanks again, Josh!

Joshua did my daith piercing today, I get really bad headaches so I thought Id try, if it works awesome, if not then I have another piercing no biggie. He said my cartilage was one of the hardest hes seen, almost like bone, as bad as it hurt, I still felt at ease with him. Hes covered in tattoos and funny and sweet. Im waiting on a tattoo for him to finalize then Ill be getting that done. Thanks Josh and Blue Magic!

Rude as hell. I called asking if they had piercing aftercare. He said "Uhm.. We have H2Ocean". I asked what sizes they had for it and he snickered before answering and said "Uhm, we Only have the fifteen dollar one, man." #1: he didnt answer my question #2: DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS YOU HAVE?! #3: is it really THAT hard to be nice, even if its fake? No. So to the people there: get the HELL over yourselves.

Ive been here to get both my tattoos done and I must say what an amazing place this is. They are friendly and helpful and do good on the ink. Im already working on getting my third one done and all the friends I bring here love it just as much as I do! Heres a picture of my most recent tattoo done. I love the colour and the detail! Me and my mother went to blue moon tattoo to get my nose pierced. We were told that the piercer was busy and to come back between 4-7 we came back at 5:30. The doors were locked and no one was there. The man told us to come back between those times and he would be there but he wasnt. We tried callin and no one picked up. We even called before leaving.

I walked in and in 20 minutes I had a lovely septum piercing. The lady who did my piercing was professional , all the equipment that was used were in their original unopened containers. She knew what she was doing she on point pierced the sweet spot and not cartilage. I love it. She gave after care instructions. Pain scale it was a 1 out of 10.

The tattoo for my son was great. My issue is we had an appt. at 1pm and no one there to do it. Every time I go in there no one seems to be around. Clean and sanitary but poor service. One person did step up...only one there and he was feeling sick and tried to get someone in to do it but no go. He stayed and did the tattoo.

This place is terrible. I had Juan do my belly button and 6 months later it felt out because he pierced it incorrectly but would not admit it. He did not even bother to offer up a solution just laughed at me. There tattoos are ok but the owner just isnt work dealing with.

I love the staff, the place is very clean. They have a large selection of jewelry and alot of cool art work to look at done by the employees that work there. Iv gotten a piercing and 2 tattoos there. Cant wait to go back!!
