The medicine in my glasses works... but it isnt my prescription. Just called, no answer. The representive there wasnt helpful at all. When she gave me the glasses and I told her they werent comfortable she didnt know what to recommend. So I told her Ill try them for a day. Its been 24hrs and Im going to have to take them back. Headache.

They are NEVER available to answer the phone. I placed an order for contact lenses, they NEVER called to tell me they came in, I go to the store only to find that they had opened my contact box and gave a pair to another customer. They were supposed to replace my box and never did!!! So fed up with the horrible customer service!
