Avoid this location and spend your money at the Lincoln park store. I think the manager of the Bryn Mawr Ave. location is an African American Woman who has CUNextTuesday written all over her face. The first time I dealt with her, she and another co-worker asked me for my phone number and proceeded to lie and said they couldnt find me in the system, so I had to walk back home for my receipt. I returned and this nice Asian woman (she was new), asked me again for my phone number and ping she found me in the system, I dont understand why the other two needed to lie. I wanted to change my lens to their most expensive progressive lens and was told that the lens wouldnt be half price even though I was part of their current promotion. "Buy a frame and the lens is half price". I went to the Lincoln park store and was informed that the information that was given to me was not true. The Lincoln park store let me pick a new frame and purchase the most expensive lenses at a modest increase. When you spend over $500 dollars on a pair of glasses you should get what you want. Before anyone say Im probably racist, I happen to be African American. Which is another problem with this country, self haters. Because you dont like who you are dont put your BS off on me.

I went here last week to get a eye exam and contact lenses and I loved the customer service!! I called before hand to set an eye exam appointment. I asked how long does somebody usually spend there for an eye exam and contact lenses and the lady over the phone said about 1 hour. This is my first time here but they made sure I saw the eye Dr. at my scheduled time. The Dr., Jasmine Said, was great and recommended a brand Ive never tried. They are fitted great and I can see so clear now! Ive been wearing them for a week and they feel great and not to mention my year supply came in 2 days after my visit. Overall I expected to spend near $320 and spent $288. Definately will be back when I need anything pertaining to my vision. I was surprised with all the great customer service each assistant provided. Great location for your vision.

This place is horrible. I never received a call about my that my contacts were in 2 months after they arrived and the staff is completely untrained and inexperienced. The doctors dont even take the time to listen to the patients about the brands that work with the patients eyes and they push you to get something else. Run far away.

The doctor seemed iffy about my eye exam results and kept having me run and rerun the exam. I personally think he didnt know how to work the equipment and I was there for early two hours. The rest of his staff was awesome. He was not.
