Customer service at this facility is at an all-time low. Cashiers seem to think that they can say whatever they want to to customers even when they are completely wrong. Was in the station this morning to get my weekly fill-up. When I returned to the pump invalid selection. I knew exactly what happened apparently she wasnt focused and paying attention than enough to hear me ask her for premium gasoline. This is happening many times at this particular station. So once again I return back inside Miss did you put premium on number 7? Oh I didnt hear you say that, of course I was a little upset but I was handling it even though I had to be at work in about 5 more minutes. So Im saying can you please have that placed on number 7? No she gotta redo my card cancel out my purchase and we start over again, in the meantime shes fussing about how she feels I feel. I tell her maam I dont work for you, you work for me Im the reason why you here this morning please show a little more respect. Her reply you not reason why Im here you not God. Old boy give me a break!

They are asking drivers to leave your CDL inside while pumping diesel at truck pumps, they refused my company photo ID... Shawanda told me "You guys drove off without paying" When I asked when have I done that? She said "Not You!!! But if you dont like it dont come here!!!" I take it as direct insult! by saying "You guys" She placed me among thieving criminals!!! Oh and btw: they did misplaced my friends CDL by giving it to another driver, he lost whole day as a owner operator, they said they are sorry... they offered him a one free coffee! What a generous move lol

Very busy store at all hours, but they do there best to try get you in out soon as possible. Well staff and mostly clean. Has truck diesel pumps. Access for trucks Harlem north of 79th Eastside out is off 79th st. I believe they do have speedy cafe now too. Coffee is always usually fresh and hot. Most times hot food is ready to go.

The worst experience I have ever had. I didnt appreciate the rude cashier. I frequent this location all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. Holding personal conversations with each other and ignoring the customer that is not what customer service is about.

Why would Speedway pour so much effort into a streamlined state-of-the-art station and consistently man the counter with one casher to deal with the rush?

Wonder when they plan on fixing the pressure on the truck fuel pumps. Takes all day to fill up and long lines form because of that.
