I took my Samsung phone here about a month ago because it was in a continuous bootloop and wouldnt turn off. Initially they said that they could easily fix it by doing a factory reset, but the next day it turns out I needed a new motherboard. I trusted the technician and let him order a replacement motherboard. He said it would be ready in about 4 days and also offered me a very good price. About 3 WEEKS LATER, it turns out they couldnt fix my phone. They kept promising that it would be ready "in a couple of days", when that day came they did not call me to notify me about the status of my phone and were very slow in responding to me. They told me that the replacement motherboard took this long to ship and its not their problem. I would have gladly paid for overnight shipping had I known this was the case. This whole process just seemed very suspicious to me and when I came to collect my phone they told me that they were not able to fix it. The technician explained that my service provider is not compatible with the motherboard he ordered even though I told him what my service provider was in the beginning. He told me that he was going to order another motherboard and that it would take another week. I had lost hope in this place and did not understand why he didnt order the correct motherboard in the first place?! This made absolutely no sense and it shouldnt have taken 3 weeks. The technician at this place may seem very nice at first and appears to have great reviews from others, but this place really let me down. At least they didnt charge me for my phone.

The customer service was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful! We went in with the phone in horrible condition. Our galaxy s7 edge had a cracked screen, the back of the phone was also cracked, a missing lock button, and a messed up LCD. Our intention was just fixing the cracked screen and LCD since so many OTHER places were charging me OVER $400 for just the screen and the OTHER places told me that they would have it ready in a week or two. DR PHONE REPAIR gave us the greatest deal ever! They fixed the LCD, the cracked screen, the cracked back, and the missing lock button for a great price that was lower than what other places were charging for JUST the screen AND they had it ready in a few hours! I definitely RECOMEND that you get any phone repairs here! They were even able to drop the phone off once it was ready since we went almost during closing time. We took our HTC on 24th of February. The owner promised to keep us posted and have the phone ready within a week. He said he had to order the part and when it came in TWO weeks later it was defected. He made the same broken promises and ordered a new screen. Come to realize he was ordering from China to save money and causing extended time in delivery. We went to his store and were upset about the lack of communication, broken promises, and demanded a refund. Every time we brought a valid reasoning he made an excuse and tried to blame us! He finally agreedecided to refund but he was to keep a portion of the money. We can to a compromise but we will never go back. He repair shop across Walmart in Bridgeview has outstanding communication and delivers as promised.

a month ago was searching a place where to fix my galaxy note 5 charging port , every where asked for $105 to be fixed and they where saying may we need to change the screen then i called DRphone , he answer me with confident yes we do and it cost you $65 and just walked in and no appointment needed , it takes him 25 minutes and my phone was completely like brand new , i adore this place and i like the man working there , he is fast and professional , i recommend every one to go there , i recommend all my family member and friend and all were happy of the service they got , clear ,fast , prices and F reasonable , i got so many bad experience with too many phone stores but this one is the best ever

I dont leave reviews very often but this place deserves one! I took in my HTC M8 to find out what was wrong with my battery and why it wasnt charging. I hadto wait about a week and half for the battery to come in which was fine. They girl told us it would take a while so we were fine with it. They changed my battery and it still wasnt working so they held onto my phone for a day replaced my port too and my motherboard to make sure everything was okay all for only $40! They worked well with us too despite the slight frystration when it wasnt working. If anything Ill definitely be going back if something happens to my phone again! They saved us about $200 for not having to purchase another phone!

Whats better then a service thats done in ur own store by the owner him self, he comes by to say hi and catch up a customer walks in with a broken note 4 screen and need it to be replaced, I dont have any tools but some how with a lighter and a screw driver he made it work and changed that screen with in 15 min and made me easy money! TRUE STORY I PROMISE AND GOD IS MY WITNESS, so yes this guy knows what hes doing! Thank you! Horrible experience! Uses cheap parts on iPhone 6 repair! Lcd messed up less than two weeks after a screen repair! Went to see and show him and see said I must have touched screen too hard. Pay the extra money and go see someone who will take time and do quality work. Screen felt really different after repair and screen would lift when using touch unlock. I highly recommend jet city in Lincoln park screen feels and looks way better. Pay the extra money! I learned the hard way. U get what u pay for.

I love that place one of the best places you can go to you gotta have MINA help you hes helped me out twice already with my phone excelent at what he does he does it quick and is so nice both times he fixed my phone was fast and Im very happy with it and my daughter loves going there she has fun haha amazing work and I will keep coming back n recomendeing people defiantly.
