I have been coming here for almost 15 years, even before it was the pride. Effective today it stops. I was sold live bait for fishing that was dead for sometime now. A dozen worms became liquid goo. One of the employees confirmed this by looking at the other worms in your store and agreed some containers were indeed hosting dead bait, Not LIVE. However they would only refund one of the two containers. This is because my kid and I used the 5 live worms and dumped out the other 7 dead worms in one of the containers. But since I used the only bait we had after a 25 minute car ride to our fishing spot, Im the one in the wrong per Joshue at the counter. Thats cool, after the 25 minute ride back to the store I let them keep the $8.10 with tax included. Its too bad the assistant manager Ashley knows my face since Im there so often, and would of did the refund without question. But since she didnt approve it over the phone because the employee Joshua cannot explain a proper sentence without confusing everyone including himself, I lost out. No problem, Ill take my money for gas, cigarettes and yes, LIVE BAIT, somewhere else.
