Was there to get gas around 10:30am. Had to go in as the pump didnt accept my Jewel Gad rewards number. Stood in line behind a man that was still waiting for service for about a couple minutes. Then there was a woman behind me now still waiting. A male employee came out of the bathroom finally. At that point another customer lined up totaling 4 now. Male employee made no recognition to customers slowly made his was to register. He finally started helping the man if front of me. The male employee lacked any true customer service while trying to help the man purchase his pop at the labeled price. Then a second male employee came out from the back, ignored now 5 customers STILL IN LINE and was doing whatever he was doing. They slowly discussed the pop price. We were standing their waiting with no recognition or even a single attempt at any appropriate customer service skills. Very slow, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND EMBARASSED!!!! I will no longer be using this location or maybe i shouldnt use anymore locations because supporting such a poor customer service buisness would be totally wrong!!!
