We stopped by the store after work, hoping to add a line. After 45 minutes, it was finally our turn. However, the salesperson chose to engage some people who had just walked in the door. Evidently, they had come in earlier. Fine. Twenty minutes later, it was our turn again. I told the guy that we wanted to add a line. As I spoke, the salesperson looked up and noticed that the previous customer had returned yet again. When it became evident that he was going to ask us to wait yet so that he could attend to this other customer, we decided to leave. It was ridiculous. We just wanted to buy a phone.

When I went into the store to get help with my iphone saying no SIM card, I was told they cant help me and to go to the apple store. I then went to the apple store and they were shocked that AT&T couldnt help me as it was there SIM card. Apple didnt have any replacements since AT&T hadnt replenished there supply and sent me to the AT&T store on Brentwood in St. Louis, who promptly helped me and fixed my problem in 5 minutes. The Alton people are clueless and while its a bit of a drive, youll get your issues resolved better and faster with less headache in St. Louis.

Well the gentleman that waited on was nice and seemed concerned BUT AT&T on the other hand was everything but helpful to as a custumer. Which I am everyone is more worried about my credits that I have coming to me against my bill whos taking it out of there store credits than taking care of me as a customer and someone r someones that cant handle my small problem and turned it into a giant one now.i cant believe at t cant seem to fix this and every store and person I go to passes the buck. Will NEVER GO. AT&T again please some other company red he me from AT&T

Its terribly understaffed. Only 3 people working on a Saturday. Expect to wait at least 20 mins before anyone acknowledges that you walked in the door and another 20 before they actually get to you. It would be nice if they had someone at a desk for account questions and other things besides selling and setting up a new phones. If youve gotten a new phone then you know how long the process takes for each customer. Hard telling how many people walk out due to the wait.

I go into the at&t store to find an answer to question. Then like every time I talk to a sales person they dont have a answer to my problem. Nor do they have any idea of how find the answer or give me a lead to find the answer. And if you call at&t your going to get someone who cannot speak English and you cannot understand them and cannot give you any answer to the problem. At&t you really need to do some customer service work for I am 1 very unsatisfied customer.

My husband has been up there twice and I have called 11 times in the last 24 hours left messages requesting manager to call me STILL nothing!!! Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Got more information by calling ATT customer service number than any of these yahoos could figure out. And guess what ding songs We WERE RIGHT!! WE did buy the phone from your store!! Therefore you WILL be seeing my husband again tomorrow to get a replacement phone!!!

All these people want to do is sell you stuff. When there is an issue, they will just push you to the side and never try to actually fix anything. They hope you will get frustrated and go to a corporate store instead of this authorized retail store. I will only go to corporate stores going foward based on past experience.

Terrible Service, spent 10 minutes trying to fix a problem with my phone and then decided I should just replace the phone, at my cost. I called AT&T Tech Service and they were able to solve the problem over the phone with me. My impression of the Alton AT&T store is that they would rather not bother with problems.

Was repeatedly ignored by staff so they could talk to their friends. When a lady came in 15 min after I did, they went right up to her while still ignoring me. They have a girl as ugly as sin with a mustache working there, but not one actual competent person in the building.

I had an excellent experience at the Alton store with Justin! I had gone to the Wood River store that morning and was very upset with their customer service. I decided to give att one more chance and Justin went above and beyond to help me!

They such wouldnt send anyone out there for anything. They dont know what they are doing. Went to woodriver was in and out within an hour and got what I need done that alton couldnt do. Stay away from this place a bunch of kids work there.

Jensen sold us a new phone and she was AWESOME!!! She set everything up for us with a great attitude. I always hate getting a new phone, but she made it a great experience. Thanks Jensen!!!
