Wasts of my precious time. Today went in for an upgrade and it took about an hour or so. It was such a dreadful experience and according to the reviews prior to today nothing has changed. Its a miracle this store is even open. All the sales people are good for is converting oxygen to carbon dioxide. I will say this though. Only one sales person seemed to know what he was doing but unfortunately that was the person not helping us. The person "helping" us was a useless individual. Im not sure if it was because the blonde chemicals seeped into her brain or too many fumes from getting her nails done or it even could have been the exsessive straining of rolling her eyes like she was possesed by some entity. The experience all made sense when we saw the General manager. He was apparently oblivious to the 6 people or so waiting for over 20 mins to get help. He only proceeded to come out of the back when our associate was clueless as to how to handle the situation. At that the communication between them was a mess. Either he had a listening problem or temporary amnesia but he kept asking the associate the same questions over and over resulting in well no solution for awhile. Needless to say this location is obviously a bad look for the company. So many more details were left out of this experience and Im doing so because this place has taken enough of my precious time on earth. Just for reference I work at a luxury goods store so I know good customer service and I loath when I see bad customer service. I understand mistakes but I also understand that some people just suck at their job. Have a nice day.

I have been to this place 2 times now. I gave them a second chance hoping the second time it would be better. Every time I went in, the prices were always HIGHER than advertised on the Sprint website. They WILL NOT give you the price listed on the website!! I even showed them the price listed on the web on my phone and even the employee was in agreement with me, but due to the managers policies, he could not give me the phone for the web-based price. Please only visit this place if you want to get bad service AND overpay for your phone and accessories! I highly recommend simply calling the customer service line instead.

I always try coming here because its the closest one to where I live. Every single time its an absolute nightmare. The employees are always rude and you end up spending hours there for something that could have taken 30 minute. Ps- I went today at 10:15am and its pouring rain outside. They open at 10. The door was still locked and the employee was in there. I knocked and he put his hand up gesturing to wait a minute. I had to stand in the rain for a good minute until he decided to come open the door. Its disgusting how rude the workers are. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the frustration.

Anytime I have an issue or have to go to my local store I avoid this one. I was trying to turn in my old device informed them that the home button on the iPhone stopped working and they tried to charge me when not to long prior to this occurrence I had the same issue and it was swapped at another location. Then the clerk informed me he would take it if I purchased accessories. Scam at this location and I had to get the corporate office involved when I wanted to return my phone bc they didnt want to take a hit at their store.

Asked if they took online order returns and was told yes. Took an incredible amount of time to even talk to someone - no sign in sheet so it was whoever was rudest/loudest got helped first. Its been over a week since returning the phone and my account hasnt been credited. So I called sprint customer care and theres no record of phone being returned. Zero activity from that day. Now I have to make another trip there and figure out what they did with the phone. Customer care told me "good luck" - stay far away.

Extremely bad service. Customers are not put in any kind of que. I took my 84 year old mother to upgrade her phone and had to wait a very long time. Kathy at the counter was very rude when I asked what one employee was doing standing in the back. She said I dont know what he is doing in a very rude tone. When I asked him to help he said he was not logged in, and could not help us even though he was stocking shelves. The other woman working there helped another customer who came in after us.

I went in here last week to get a phone case. When I entered the store there was 1 other customer, and 2 employees. I asked if I could get some help and they told me to wait, when I was 1 of 2 customers in the entire store and it took 2 employees staring at a screen to "help" the other customer. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life, never ever go here unless you want to be disrespected and desire infuriation.

I gave this store a 5 star review a couple of months ago and said I couldnt believe all the 1 star reviews. I believe them now! Since my first visit there, all of their employees have been very rude and unhelpful. I wasted a trip to their location because they lied to me on the phone, now I was told they wont answer any questions on the phone. They are the worst!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE. I went in to see if there was an iPhone 6 available in 64 g and the salesman told me they would have the phone on Monday for $0 down. I come back Monday and theres no phone and suddenly its $100 down for the 6. The miscommunication is embarrassing and the employees are rude. Do not go here unless youre looking for a hassle

Long wait at this location - seemed very unorganized without a signup sheet or wait list so theres no way of knowing who is ahead of me or behind. Not coming here again and even made me consider changing carriers. Left without even receiving help.
