I was reccomended to go here by my doctor and I was told to look for a specific product and when they didnt know what I was talking about I asked for an advice and alternative, I called, and she asked me to hold on for a minute a few times, and she was having a personal conversation. The product I was asking about was Alkalife, and I have done my research and wanted to specifically try it since a lot of alkalizing products have been pointed out as frauds and the formula not being the same etc. from many sources. I asked if they had one that was reputable and she blurted something out I couldnt understand and hung up on me. I guess I will just get it online and wait... So much for shopping the old fashioned way...

The old lady that runs this is the rudest person ever and gives illogical information. Today i went in to get something for after coming off birth control and she quoted (this is the person that runs the store!) "You probably wont get pregnant for 10 years b/c you were on birth control. Id rather be on BC than pregnant." What does that even mean!? She also told my friend a few months ago when she went in that she was fat and will die early. This lady is psychotic. Dont go here!

Had a horrible encounter with Karen. I was very nice and polite when I asked if she had a moment to help me. She was completely nasty, told me there was nothing she could help with and that it would take 2 to 3 months for my post nasal drip issues to go away and I would just have to deal with the sore throat. I may not be a local customer but I always stop in there when I am in town. Thats not happening again, she just lost a paying customer.

Great experience, had exactly what I was looking for. I previously researched the product, knew what I wanted they had many choices. "old lady" that runs this was very helpful. I just suggest you research for your own knowledge and responsibility on what you may need, instead of blaming staff for not having a doctorate degree or expert knowledge on your individual needs. "results may vary" as they say lol.
