HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OWNER, JILL, SHOULD TRULY FIND ANOTHER AVENUE OF WORK THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY INTERACTION WITH THE PUBLIC. I RECEIVED A BRIGHTON BRACELET AS A GIFT FROM THERE STORE FOR CHRISTMAS, AND UPON ASKING TO EXCHANGE IT I WAS INTERROGATED ABOUT WHY I WAS RETURNING IT, WHO PURCHASED IT FOR ME AND JILL IMPLIED I HAD STOLEN THE MERCHANDISE (DESPITE IT STILL BEING WRAPPED IN THEIR OWN BAG WITH THE NAME ON THE BOTTOM). JILL PROCEEDED TO GROWL AND GRUNT AS SHE WAS HAVING TO ENTER INTO THE COMPUTER WHO HAD PURCHASED THE GIFT FOR ME (WHICH SHE FOUND, PROVING I DID NOT STEAL HER OVERPRICED MERCHANDISE). I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL FOR MANY YEARS AND EVEN WHEN DEALING WITH THE WORST CUSTOMERS, YOU MUST REALIZE THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES KEEPING YOU IN BUSINESS. FOR A SMALL BUSINESS, IN A HORRIBLE LOCATION, YOU WOULD THINK THAT JILL WOULD VALUE HER CUSTOMERS. I KEEP MENTIONING JILLS NAME BECAUSE I MUST SAY THE OTHER LADIES WERE VERY PLEASANT IN THIS STORE AND I THINK THERE IS ANOTHER OWNER WHO APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH PEOPLE SKILLS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE ROTTEN EGG RUINS THE WHOLE DOZEN. I DONT THINK I CAN EMPHASIZE ANYMORE HOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS OWNER JILL HAS, AND I JUST WANTED TO WARN PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A GIFT FOR SOMEONE FROM HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN GUARANTEE THEY WILL BE HARASSED IF THEY TRY TO SWITCH IT FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I HAVE A LARGE NETWORK OF FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CO-WORKERS IN THE MCDONOUGH AREA AND IF JILL IS READING THIS, REST ASSURED SWEETIE, I WILL BE WARNING ALL OF MY FRIENDS OF YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. NOT TO MENTION I WILL NEVER RETURN.

The store owner is nasty and beyond disrespectful . Im 21 years old and I have better customer service then she does .. I get off work and meet my mom and baby sister at high cotton on Jodeco . My mom loves this store until the incident that occurred yesterday . After closing hours , I was leaving and so was my mother . I was heading back home . My mom pulled up beside me because my baby sister dropped her birthday money on the ground my mom was handing it to her ..mind you that during this time or anytime of the day its heavy traffic and extremely hard to make a left turn because of cars coming in all directions . The owner gets behind my mom and blows her horn not once ,, not twice,, and yells "MOVE YOUR CAR" ... I proceeds to get out my car and asks her whats the problem ? I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER buy anything from the business again !!!! There are ways to talk to people without being rude ... Just a warning for people who loves Pandora you will be better off buying it online or at the mall . This business needs to be shut down !!!

I dont normally write online reviews but the experience that I had at High Cotton Boutique far exceeded my expectations. Like most people, i read reviews on places before I go to them. Based on the other reviews, I wasnt expecting much, especially since it was close to quitting time for them. I was totally surprised by the service that I got. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door even though the salespeople both had customers. I went in without knowing much about Pandora other than the fact that my wife had always wanted a bracelet and charms. Everything about the bracelets was explained to me and all of the dumb questions that I had were answered. Not only did I leave there with a bracelet that my wife LOVES, we will be going back there for charms and to check out all of the other cool stuff they have there.

Ive purchased numerous items from this shop starting about a year ago. Ill admit after reading several negative reviews about how rudely customers were treated when visiting this shop I was skeptical about paying them a visit to purchase a few anniversary gifts for my wife. Being that I didnt have to time to drive to Atlanta for Lenox Mall, I was left with the decision of giving the shop a try. Im glad I did! Every visit Ive made has been nothing but easy! The employees Ive dealt with are helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They have a huge Pandora and Alex & Ani selection, especially for this side of town. Id suggest ignoring the negative reviews and pay the shop a visit, Im glad I did, theyve saved me a ton in gas and the headache of driving to Lenox Mall or any stores on the north side.

I went in looking for s specific item. The store is very small and there was only one person working at the time. I wasnt greeted when I entered the store I had to make presence known. Wasnt hard to pick out the owner based on the reviews. Finally Jill came out to help and was great. I quickly found what I was looking for but I hung around to see how how others entering the store would be treated. It was no surprise that 3 more customers came in and were warmly greeted and immediately served by the owner!! almost above and beyond. Not hard to see what the over all problem is here. However, I was able to get what I was looking for and was served fairly by Jill. Definitely not the worst experience Ive had but I probably want return. No need to spend money where youre really not welcome.

My sister and I walked in the store with our kids. We received nasty looks as soon as we walked in. Right away, a lady came up and just stood there. After a awkward few seconds, she asked if we still needed time to look-- we hadnt even been there a minute. We said yes and that we needed some time. She walked about 2 feet away and stood there staring at us and the kids (who were being still, quiet, and behaving perfectly )again. After a few huffs and eye rolls, we decided we no longer wanted to feel that unwelcome. I walked back in after putting the kids in the car and let her know how we felt. She said "Oh, I was just trying to help. Its not a very good place for kids, especially boys." We will take our unwanted business elsewhere. Their loss.

I visited the shop on Saturday with my sister and young daughter and had the pleasure of meeting Jill. I could not have wished for a better experience. After reading the reviews and hearing some opinions from other people I know, I was a little bit apprehensive to go in, but Jill really was amazing. She was extremely helpful and talked with us like we were old friends. We never felt rushed or felt like we were a bother when asking to see different pieces of jewelry. She was so sweet with my little girl, it was very touching to watch especially since you dont encounter good customer service any more. I will definitely be returning and I will tell everyone what a great experience we had with Jill at High Cotton Boutique.

No customer service. There were two employees(one may have been owner or manager) and three customers when I entered the store. After ten minutes, neither employee acknowledged or welcomed me into the store. Did not ask if I needed help or even have the courtesy to simply say, "Ill be with you shortly." Absolutely nothing. As a professional, my goal is to treat my customers with the utmost respect. Therefore, I expect to be treated as a welcomed and valued customer. I highly recommend customer service training for this particular business.
