The spanish-fluent hispanic girl working the front register is EXTREMELY RUDE. She rolled her eyes excessively. And acted as if I - a paying customer were causing her to be inconvenienced. I was polite the entire time. She caught an aditude as soon as I walked in the entrance and informed her that I had a Groupon voucher. She told me to wait. I waited to be served. She then proceeded to serve a family of three and a family of five before me - even though I was ahead of them in the line. And then to top off her detestable attitude, after I got my receipt and looked over it I needed clarification about on a charge that was on the receipt. I asked that same Hispanic girl about the charge and she just stared at me. Just stared. She did not say one single word. She was not helping any other customers. She was idle just behind the counter. Their was no line - I was the only customer at the counter. After about 50 seconds of her just staring her coworker came over and explained the charge to me. HER ADDITUDE WAS DISGUSTING. EVEN IF she she had no knowledge of store protocol of how to serve a customer using a Groupon voucher she had NO reason to just outright disrespect a customer in the manner that she did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

First they only had half the ice creams available. Second after she handed my 7 yr old his ice cream, we left and took 10 steps out of the shop and the ice cream fell out of the cone on to the floor. I picked it up and brought it back in to the shop and asked the lady if she could give him another scoop. She said no and she would have to charge me!! Really!! She was the reason why the ice cream didnt stay in the cone to begin with. Horrible horrible customer service and I will never go back there again . Cold Stone creamery from now on.

Great funnel cakes, but unfortunately they are not always open during store hours. Ive been there about 5 times in the past two weeks in hopes to get a funnel cake and they were only open once.

Passed right by cold stone. Too many people. The ice cream here was really good and they had donuts too. Delicious donuts. Would recommend it. The only down side is not enough seating though.
