Yesterday was my first time using this CVS. Was in an emergency, we forgot one important medication when we came to visit family x the 4th. My doctor called an emergency order and said they hung up the phone afte waiting for 6 min solid. Call again, waited 7 min staff pick up and hunged up. Another call that was finally answered. Pharmacist Conrad and technician ? Name tag . Very rude. He billed us like a new prescription. Did not call the insurance to ask for emergency replacement of few pills that last us till going back home. I called tomorrow... He had 4 hr from the time the prescription was placed. My regular CVS Pharmacy very kind and helpful like i am accustom. They did the extra mile. These staf : Not worth the trip. Will advice managment to give the job to another person. Very dissapointed . Will not go back to this store Ever again and to all reading this review

Pharmacy is so awful. Im a licensed pharmacy technician. I sent my husband in to get my daughters liquid zantac. Of course he forgot to get dosage cups or an oral syringe, so I ran back in to grab it. So I asked the tech if I could have one 5ml oral syringes and 2 cups. She came back 2 syringes and looked at me funny and handed me a small solo cup. I almost died. I said no a dosage cup for liquids. She asked the pharmacist and came back and said they didnt carry those. Then I asked for a stopper because I had no choice but to use a syringe. She said she didnt know what that was.. neither did the other tech. So i explained it to them and I, myself, at this point so annoyed, yelled out to the pharmacist if he had any stoppers.. He said no. And I said thank you and left. CVS, If you want someone who knows how to do their job contact me.

I had a sick child. I dropped off prescription at the drive thru window returned to retrieve it at the specified time but it wasnt ready. They asked me to loop around the building to the end of the line which I did. Fit neck up to window after waiting behind 2 other customers, it still wasnt ready so they asked me to loop again which I did waited behind 3 cards this time. Get back up to the window for now the third time and they tell me its still not ready could I please loop... To which I replied no I will sit right here until my daughters prescription is ready. From the first pickup attempt to the moment it was in my hands was a total of an hour and 20 minutes... Which was on top of the 2 hours from drop off... Unacceptable and the staff was not amiable at all in fact I felt discriminated against

Had a funny experience, lady was complaining about the generic Percocet and they didnt have the original in stock. If you need name brand medicine you might wanna go somewhere else, because they are going to have to order it. The staff started to make fun of the lady, although I personally thought it was funny AF because the lady was being straight up ridiculous and calling the staff useless, which is completely unacceptable behavior for a human being. BUT! You have to remember something, you are at the pharmacy and you never know what people need or how much pain they are in. It is important to be professional at all time.

I was transferred three times while trying to get an question answered and when someone finally answered the phone to speak with me they told me sorry that they didnt know and couldnt leave the front to find out the answer to my question and that I should check online. They were extremely unhelpful and cut me off while I was speaking. I didnt appreciate the service at all.

Wow. As soon as someone answers, they ask you to hold, and before you can say yes or no, the hold music plays. The store workers are nice, but the pharmacy staff is terrible. Ill go somewhere else since my phone call and business arent appreciated here.

Pharmacy staff is good, but I usually spend a minimum of 10 minutes in the drive-thru lately. Looks like today is going to be closer to 15 minutes.
