My boyfriend needed a battery asap so we went there but different from their website hour, they were closing an hour early so they said they could not help us (they were about to close). They werent nice but we understood and said thanks and left. In the parking lot, we realized we had a flat tire. But we had a spare tire and the equipments.. I thought we were good. However, the triangle lift didnt work so we were out in the cold lost. He went back to ask for help but they didnt help us at all. They did not let us borrow nor help us buy the necessary materials to help ourselves. This to me shows their personalities and their lack of consideration of other peoples feeling/situations. Needless to say, I would not come back here.

Go in to exchange wiper blades for correct size. Manager dismisses me to other employees immediately. The employee I asked looked up the sizes for me reluctantly. When I tell him one of the sizes doesnt fit and ask for help getting the right one im told those are the sizes they have and he goes away. When Im leaving I hear b**** customer gringo coming from behind the counter. Needless to say I returned the blades and have no intention of ever going back. Great job guys!

This is one of the better Autozone stores in Atlanta... They have most of what you need for parts Or Loaner TOOLS, to fix your car... and they are open 24 HOURS, so when its midnight and you are still in the middle of an auto fix-it project, you can still drive over to the Jimmy Carter Autozone, and find stuff to get back on the road.

Manager at this place is very unprofessional! No personnel offence but that is what I faced the guys attitude couple times. He is old but still how come he could show his irresponsibility towards valued customers like this. I know this place for last 9 years and other reps are good at this place.

Went to this place today because my blinkers stopped working, Ronny and Xavier helped me out. Diagnosed the problem walked me over to the part, looked online for how to best locate and replace it. I got home and 1 2 3 it was fixed and my blinkers work like a charm now. Thanks guys.

Customer service was horrible also they dont know their parts at all the manager Fernando especially is very rude and talks to you like you dont know what your talking about. Went to a different AutoZone out of my way and they were very helpful unlike this store

I got a battery for a 4 wheeler "brand new" didnt work. Kept me waiting for 1 hr testing the battery and at the the end they just refund me 8 dollar for the battery case saying they coudlnt give the battery case back to me bc it was already processed
