Ive been going to this Rite Aid for over 5 years and they used to be amazing. Lately it seems like they either screw up my refills, fill the wrong prescription, or just cant be bothered to look and see whats going on with my stuff when my husband goes to get my meds for me. Literally every time he has been up there in the last few months he has been given wrong information and has left without at least one of my meds. Ive stayed with this Rite Aid over the years because of their amazing customer service. Lately their pharmacy techs and some of the new pharmacists have just ruined that. I cant justify staying there when Im getting such poor service and they arent even open 24 hrs. If Im going to be treated poorly, I figure I should at least be able to pick what time it happens instead of having to do it on their schedule.

Absolutely one of the worst, laziest staffs I have ever dealt with. They will take phone off the hook and flat out refuse to answer phone calls if they are "too busy". Avoid this place like the plague.

Cleveland is the only friendly person that works in the pharmacy. The others are just flat out rude. Seriously, go somewhere else. Maybe being a little nicer to people on the phone will pay off.

This pharmacy has the BEST employees ever, Cleveland kept my insurance and prescriptions in order for 4 years. We moved to CA and I wish she and the pharmacy staff were out here!!

They dont keep all the medicines at pharmacy and dont even order it for you. Lazy and untrained staff at pharmacy. Will never go back there not recommend to anyone.

I love this Rite Aid location. Cleveland the RPH there is the most patient and caring natured pharmacist that I have come across. Im glad to have her as my RPH.
