I have shopped in here for years. Whenever I needed to print photos, I would take advantage of their services. Ive never had a problem until now. In mid June, I decided to start having my vhs family videos transferred to dvd. They offered this service and decided to start with one. My claim ticket stated my order would be ready somewhere around August 2, 2017. On August 6, I still had not received any notification that my order was ready. I called I Memories (The 3rd party that actually makes the transfer) and they stated that, the store never sent them the vhs. I immediately called Walgreens store #6205, and thats when they told me they didnt know where the video was. I was devastated. It is so much more to this story in dealing with the staff and corporate but it would take more characters than Im willing to type. HOW COULD YOU LOSE SOMEONES PRECIOUS MEMORIES?! I am still in the process of trying to force them to locate this video. The manager over photo Oneal hasnt reached back out to me yet. The store manager Damien Rush, has assumed responsibility but thats just not enough. I want my memories back. They have no idea what theyve done, how heartbroken I am... WARNING, DONT EVER USE THEIR VIDEO TRANSFER SERVICE!

Ghetto as can get the only reason I go in there cause it right by my house and they always have my favorite shaving razor.I was in there yesterday soon as I walk in Im greeted by an armed security guard but I was armed myself Lol.I go find my favorite razor only to find out theres a lock the shelf I have to go ask that same security guard to unlock the shelf smh Im like has things gotten that bad people stealing 12 dollar razors I know the area is not the best but when you start treating your customers like criminals then its bad business plus the people who work there are ghetto as hell too.Like I said the reason I come here is because of the close location from my house but you always have shady characters hanging outside I wouldnt go in un less armed which I am

The pharmacist is rude, not helpful. Extremely poor customer service. Transferring my prescriptions.. just tired of dealing with their attitude. If you have a question about how to take your meds.. you might as well call you doctor... so disappointed

This place is sketchier than the Walmart across the street and has been for a long time, but now has a peeing corner? Seen three different guys im the last 2 weeks take a leak on the corner of the building closest to 20. Avoid at all costs.
