Sadly, I have never had a decent experience at this store. The only reason I keep returning is that it is the only place within a reasonable distance of my home and I continue to be hopeful. Yesterday, I went over there to get some double-sided color copies made. I went in the middle of the afternoon, normally a slow time. They only had one person at the giant service area and she had to help a customer with a jammed copier so no one was getting any service at the counter while she worked on the machine jam up. There were 4 people ahead of me in line. I thought I would buy a few items in the store while I was waiting for the line to go down at the service counter. Even that turned out to be a disaster. The only clerk at the check out had to take me to 3 different cash registers before a register was found functional enough to ring up my items correctly. Im sure the clerk was as frustrated as I was. She was doing the best she could. I was now at 20 minutes in the store and I still had no copies. I looked at the line at the service area and it was still the same as when I came in, 20 minutes earlier. In disgust, I left and drove to the UPS store on the E/W Connector at Highlands which is quite a distance away. The clerk there copied my items and I was in and out of their store in 5 minutes. I keep hoping things will improve at my neighborhood Office Max, but so far, that has not happened.

Terrible experience here at this location. I ordered some business cards and they were made with some errors on them. The supervisor refused to make any refunds or issue any credit at all. The only thing offered was a 50% discount on a new order. When I returned to make the new order they did not honor it. I will never return to this location or any other Office Max with my hard earned money. I will discourage anyone to shop here if this is how they treat their customers. I will be taking my business to Office Depot or any other for my business or personal needs.

Unbelievably long wait at the print center. Only one girl working at the print center, and the manage looked over, saw the 6 customers in line and went back to the office. When an Assistant manager came over, they dropped all of the customers concerns to discuss a scheduling issue for the next week. The girl doing the design work seemed interested in listening to the customers but was so slow that it was a waste of time. I waited for 40 minutes in line to get one small notebook spiral bound. Just unacceptable.

I call ahead for a specific product. The chic even puts me on hold to ask a manager. She comes back and say they have it, its between $6-$15. I drive 20 miles out of my way for this product. I get there, its raining super hard and their parking lot is flooded ,so not only were my pants soaked...THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DARN INK!!!!!!!

Again, we left frustrated and mostly empty handed. Was told the wait would be long for a price on an unmarked item since there was only one person doing that today and the store was under staffed. After waiting way too long, left without it. Wont waste my time there again.

Waited for 15 minutes at the printer counter without ever being acknowledged. These people are obviously here to collect a pay check and go home bc they definitely are not here to service the customers. Will never return. Take your money and go somewhere else.

The only person that is helpful is Dominique... She was the only one at the service center and had a line full of people and no one came to help her. She works with a smile on her face and seems to be the only one that provides excellent customer service

Really impressed with this location. I ordered a desk online and received an email stating that it was ready for pickup an hour later. When I came to pick it up, I was helped immediately and they even loaded it into my vehicle for me.

Not only was the customer service great, but after purchasing a chair in a box much bigger than I am, a young gentleman even put it in my van for me. Now, thats Customer Service.

Quiet, calm atmosphere. Great customer service, these people take their time to listen to your concerns and your wishes before doing it the way you want it. Thumbs up!
