I really want to give this place more stars because I have bought several tops from this shop that I really like. But it is true that Customer Service could really be improved here. Ive had both good and bad experiences. They need to get rid of a few sales ladies and keep the 1 or 2 great ones they have. Ive been here on several occasions because I live and work in Weston and on a lunch hour its the only womens clothing place I know of thats close-by. At lunch time Ive had the best experiences where Ive encountered sales ladies that are very friendly and helpful. Ive also gone after work and the sales ladies seem like youre bothering them. It could also be because I went on a casual Friday and wasnt dressed up in my usual business attire, that could account for the changed attitudes - which I think is really terrible. I once bought a top as a birthday gift for a friend and had to exchange it because it wasnt my friends taste. There were 2 sales ladies there. One made me feel like I was a nuisance and the other was more accommodating. I left the store feeling like I never want to go back - but its good to know its there when desperate for a last minute item.

The customer service is really awful. I walked in, looked around, and walked outside to wait for a friend and the owner rolled her eyes at me twice and made a snarky comment about me to the sales woman. Unless you have a certain upscale "look," dont even bother walking in because I doubt theyd even want to sell you anything whether you could afford it or not. The clothes really are not even that nice, to be honest. Afterwards, I called to speak to the owner because I was very displeased with eye-rolling and the comment. Someone answered, and I politely asked when the owner would be available. She said she was the part owner. I was in the car and needed to call right back, so, I said "Oh Im sorry, can I call you right ba-," and the woman just hung up on me. I could have afforded your clothing, woman, but you profiling me and your rudeness was unnecessary.

Bought a defective shirt from the store and had trouble returning the product even though I had the receipt. Also have a friend that had the same problem. Shirt was defective and was denied an exchange. I was told I should be happy that the shirt was cheaper than if I had to buy it in NY or LA. Horrible customer service. I will never shop there again.

The owner was super rude!! Merchandise was not great quality and very overpriced!! Even though I could well afford the clothes, I would not purchase anything because of how rude the owner was! Do not even waste your time here!!

Bad quality and bad service... you might get one good wear out of the article of clothing but thats it. Everythng looks like moths have eaten it after wearing it 2 times dont bother
