THIS PLACE SUCKS ! Horrible.I was looking forward to this new wholefoods opening up thinking it was going to have alot of good organic options available in their prepaired foods dept bakery and salad bar .I could not believe they dont bake one thing in their bakery that is organic. All conventional as well as everything that is prepared and cooked foods in the store. They told me they cant sell organic because they arent a100% certified organic kitchen .That is not a excuse because all over the country the other whole foods at least give you option to chooses organic or not. Here they dont,They just charge the organic prices and give you low quality conventional ingredients that are sprayed with pesticides .They just rip off the consumers more in florida. The guy they hired to work in the produce department looks like he doesnt shower and has lots of body odor as he is touching all the fresh produce..He is dirty with tattoos all over his body and has giant piercings about an inch wide in his ears and he looks like he is on drugs.Hiring people like that will scare customers away. That is really unsanitary to hire someone who looks likes that to work in that department touching fresh produce.Where did you find that guy in the circus or freak show?People that shop here are paying higher prices and expect the workers to be clean cut showered and professional not the typical druggy type.Nobody wants to catch a disease from the guy .HE HAS HUGE OPEN PIERCINGS ON HIS EARS.I hope that guy doesnt have aids or hepatitis or something because working with food is an easy way of spreading it.

Who doesnt love to walk into a beautiful, new, Whole Foods with all the freshest organic food you could ask for? I can easily over buy here and have to hold myself back - and that goes especially for all the free samples of cheese, crackers , wine, especially on weekends . The restaurant serves wonderful meals with specials every day! This Whole Foods , besides a restaurant which serves alcohol , has a fabulous selection of flowers that they will turn into a gorgeous bouquet at any time. The fresh pizza , made to order too, is wonderful as is the smoothie, juice bar , crepe area , freshly cooked food for every ethnic group and constantly replenished . Why cook? The balls of frozen ice cream is a great idea for jewelry Anyone who just wants to taste several without buying a whole container. The same single serve packages of salad and other dishes is so convenient !

This store has not meet the expectations of most Whole Foods Markets as a grocery store from day one of the opening. Management could improve several areas to at least meet. It seems more focus is given to the prepared food buffet which is also lacking than actual groceries. The produce department generally lacks high quality vegetables- Seems no one in produce tastes the tomatoes that are being sold they are not very good also often fruit files are found around the onions and potatoes for the prices we expect more. The sausages from the meat department lack continuity of quality - some weeks they are very good while other weeks they are terrible. Also in general various items are out of stock or in low stock making it difficult to plan shopping trips. Some work needed to improve this store please.

SPECTACULAR is the only word for this Whole Foods Market. We have one in the Time-Warner Building in Manhattan and thats sensational also. I could write a very long review but will just say that whatever good things have been said by others are absolutely true. One thing, staff, very high end, very energetic and upbeat. Theres a vibe here.......a fabulous vibe. I asked to speak with a supervisor so I could compliment her.....which I did......she blushed when I said that it must be a bear to run such a place and to get that Disney spirit into the staff.......but she smiled. Go.......and take a minute to tell the folks there how terrific they are.

Many of the products I buy on a regular basis have been out of stock. Most produce is from Mexico. This is Florida. What happened to buying local? Two weeks in a row this store ( West Palm Beach,) was out of yellow onions and red onions, and Russet potatoes (loose). Really? I live about 45 minutes away. Cant stop in tomorrow when the truck comes in. This store has been going down hill. Really not worth the trip anymore. Never see store managers around checking on things. Bathrooms are dirty and poorly maintained. Wake up before you are out of business.

Just wanted to come in and get some breakfast. Not easy even to get a bagel. Have to wander all around looking for stuff. Everything is hidden. Had to beg for butter packets for my bagel. And god forbid you might want something other than raw sugar for your coffee! Thats hidden also but they do have it. I thought they would have a breakfast bar with hot items like they have for lunch and dinner but I was definitely wrong. Seems like a pretty good idea for them to make extra money. Maybe now Amazon owns Whole Foods they might get smarter and better!!!

Management is horrible. They dont know how to treat their employees. The prepared foods scheduling managers dont care about the employees that are hard working and loyal to the company. Management also will lie about how many hours they are able to give you until you are hired and then they cut back on your hours more and more. The company overall is an outstanding company. However the Palm Beach Lakes, West Palm Beach location store management does not hold to their company morals. Its sad because the store has awesome possibilities.

The place had a lot going for it. But the food was kind of expensive. And for expensive food seemed to be missing a few things. If you are buying Sashimi, you might expect soy sauce and chopsticks. There is something about eating Sashimi with a plastic fork, sans the appropriate condiments that is less than satisfying. It was my first first to a whole foods and maybe they have their customers trained how to shop in their stores. They sure had some cool stuff. But they do not appear interested in new members to their club.

Roy W and Ragnar G need to find something better to do with their time than complain. I have no idea what they are talking about because this Whole Foods on PBL is the most organized and have the friendliest staff. Not to mention the food here is on point and I could not ask for anything else. The bars are great and the food delicious. A+ to everyone at this store. Without expecting or accepting tips, the staff here does a phenomenal job making customers feel welcome.

Awful, I was there last Saturday and I didnt get the help I needed. Each of the employee at the bakery and pizza department knew that somebody waiting but didnt take any initiative in helping. After more than 5 minutes I left terribly upset and went to customer service to talk to a manager which never showed up. A bunch of lazy and not caring people running the store. I will stuck with the Palm Beach Gardens one where I have always been treated with respect and care.
