I went to Vision Works & what used to be called Pealre Vision on BBD first. Vision Works told me they were "required by the state of Floirda" to tell me that my glasses would not be EXACTLY correct, might be off a bit, since they were reading the glasses and not the RX, why didnt they tell me that B4 I drove all the way to Dale Mabry? I called 1st, and they asked if I had a paper RX, or current glasses. And they also told me I HAD to purchase the same things on the new lenses ( coating ect) as I had on the old ones? I walked out of there & went to my origianl place "pearle vision" on BBD, they lady there acted like I was bothering her, so I got my original RX, and left. When I got to Eyeglass World, I was greetd, ehlped, and felt they went out of their way. I bought 2 pairs of glasses, and so far it has been nothing but a great expierence, and the prices were great. You get what you pay for. Thank You!!!

I visited twice, and someone offered to help me within 120 seconds. The service was intelligent and respectful. I never felt that anyone was promoting anything other than what was good for my vision. I ordered glasses and was surprised by the low price. I waited less than a week for the glasses to be delivered, and they were expertly fitted thanks to the exceptional assistance of a lady named Tommye. Her delicate attention to detail made the purchase of new glasses a pleasure. Im glad I did not allow the negative posts to interfere with my decision to go to this store. Tip: Turn in at the Marathon gasoline station on SR54.

Obsolutely horrible optometrist. Made an appointment for The second appointment of the day and we were seen 1 hour and 45 minutes late. No explanation at all. They actually just ignored the fact we were there. When you try to buy glasses everything is a bait and switch they cant tell you a simple answer when you ask them how much something cost. For example if you asked him how much it cost to get tinting on your glasses they dont really answer if they ask you a bunch other questions and then give you a price. There is a lot of doubletalk inform plan. When challenged they become rude.chips.

Everything was great. The eye exam was quick and easy. Huge selection of frames. I had no idea what I wanted, so Tommye was able to help me find a great pair. Buy one, get one. Sunglasses turned out awesome. Very helpful and friendly staff when I was there. Extremely knowledgeable. Same day service. I will go all the way back to Florida for my next pair. I have zero complaints about the entire experience.

do NOT goto there for an eye exam. the doc was rude, hardly spoke to me, was uninformative and then gave me the eye dilation drops before reading his notes stating I wanted contacts, gave me contacts to put in for the 1st time and just left the room, no instruction on how im ment to do this and with dilated eyes. Horrible experiance wil NEVR go back there.

Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. We came in last minute due to an unforeseen issue at a different eye place and they were able to fit both my daughter and I in. The doctor knew his stuff and was really nice too. There was a great selection of eyewear to choose from as well. Great experience overall.
