The Fresh Market just feels like home. The store just has that feel of being cozy. And, yeah, it comes at a bit of a markup on some of the more common items. But there are so many great things about the Fresh Market that I cant NOT give it 5 stars. Produce: Consistently fresh with a lot of variety. Something is always on special and prices are generally the same or very close to Publix, etc. Meat Counter: The meat counter is a full service butcher. Everything Ive ever purchased from the counter has been amazing. They have frequent specials and their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores, but the meat quality also eclipses the other stores. Bulk Foods: Not as much as the giant stores, but what they have is very good. Deli: Selection is a bit small on the meats (Ive never seen pastrami, and I will go elsewhere to get it), but the prepared foods are all on point. There is a huge variety of cheeses from which to chose as well. Dairy: Limited selection and significantly more expensive (not the cheeses, thought, Ive actually seen those be cheaper here) Bakery: Superior, superior, superior. My wife says that Publix makes the best cheesecake, but I think everything at TFM is excellent. We love their treats and breads. Freezer: A bit more expensive and not as much variety, but sometimes they have some fun stuff. The Fresh Market branded items are generally very good. Everything else: I often find things here like spices (fresh and preserved) and canned goods you cant find elsewhere, which is really nice. Prices are, again, generally very close to bigger stores, with some items costing as much as 15% more. Overall, I go out of my way to hit up Fresh Market frequently and will continue to do so.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Everything here is so fresh, healthy and delicious! Tey have a terrific sales on Ground Chuck and Chicken Breast every Tuesday! They have a great selection of very fresh fruits and vegetables. Their meats and seafood are also very fresh and reasonably price. Their Little Big Meal that they now offer every day, with a new meal each week, is a terrific buy! You can feed a family of four for $20 with these delicious meals they put together that even includes a dessert! The Fresh Market brand name of foods (BBQ sauce, healthy pasts, etc) are all VERY tasty and again reasonably pried. Fresh Market offers healthy food at a price you can afford!

Do not go here when youre hungry. Even when youre not hungry everything looks delicious but when you ARE... Be prepared to buy everything. We typically but groceries at another store but we are here every week for the flavored coffee, brioche bread, and seafood. The seafood is amazing and worth every penny (check for sales, they offer great prices!). Employees are always available and very helpful. This is definitely one of our favorite places to shop!

The Fresh Market is one of those cool places its fun just to walk through and discover something new. We saw a couple of chicken pot pies so we purchased them. Like everything at The Fresh Market, you get quality. We ate the chicken pot pies and they were delicious. Actually big chunks of chicken, peas, carrots - quality! One of our favorites is their vegetable pizza. Fresh and tasty.

Extremely poor. The sign on the pound cakes said ALL varities buy one get one. NOT the case. Rang up at register regular price. Declined the purchase. Brought it to the managers attention and he could have cared less. Said just nut cakes was on sale. Way was the sign in front of the two cakes we were going to buy? Very sad to have such a manager!

Ruined my thanksgiving dinner. Ordered a whole turkey and ham online and chose their location for pickup. When I went to pick up my order, a day before thanksgiving, I was surprised to discover that they were closed due to renovation. They did not send me anything to let me know that they were going to be closed.

Bought a steak the night before and it was rancid the next day when i went to marinate it. I thought the entire point of paying more was for a higher quality food. Their produce is great but i will never buy meat from them again. Whoever is running the butcher section needs to be replaced.

Love the variety of fresh items. You pay for the quality (prices higher than similar stores). The staff was friendly and available. On the deli, seafood, cheese department (all are merged to one), only one employee to assist the customers. The waiting time could be pretty long.

The one in Gainesville was amazing. This one is okay. They have great produce but always look for sales. I pretty much wont buy anything here unless its on sale. Overall its not bad and you can find stuff you wont find elsewhere. Veg friendly.
