I walked into the store with my cousin and we circled the entire gallery. Not one time did the person working in the store ask us if we needed help. She didnt even say hello. She kept her head buried in whatever she was doing and didnt so much as grunt at us to acknowledge our presence. I should also mention that we were the ONLY people in the store at that time. Absolutely ridiculous. If this is the way they act towards customers I can see why they didnt have any business at that time.

I will never buy another pen from this company. I have multiliple pens and one particular one continues to break. The company refuses to repair the pen. This has never happended previously. Go buy a different brand. Do not support This brand!
