I just moved to Tampa from Miami and I noticed the store across the street from where I live. I decide to in and order some food thinking it would be like Joes market in miami. The store is small but fairly clean.. but the service from the lady serving my plate was the worst. I tried to explain that I had never been in the store and was trying to take my time to check prices but she kept yelling at me about how she couldnt hear me even tho I heard her just fine... mind you I was speaking louder than her. Then she started rushing by saying "what do you want" repeatedly. I felt uncomfortable and honestly didnt want spend my money.. but everything smelled so good. Now that Im eating.. Im over it. So long story short.. food good but customer service is ass cheeks.

I recently moved here from Texas and was missing the "flavors of home" until I found this place. Its small, but has so much of what Ive been looking for since arriving in Tampa. Not only do they stock a wide variety of Spanish products, they go out of their way to accommodate what they dont have by special ordering what weve asked for. Their meat is fresh and the prices are VERY reasonable. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable, and will welcome you by name. For being a small grocery store, I was expecting outrageous prices, but found that NOT to be the case; their prices are in competition with large food-chain grocery stores, and in most cases, less expensive! Was trying to purchase breakfast this morning with my debit MasterCard and the person attending me was only giving me debit option on the machine when I told him multiple times to run it as credit. Then someone else came, and was doing the same thing and at the end I was treated like a criminal using bad cards then he assume all my cards (I even use credit cards) where block by bank. This was false. I will never shop here again. Please learn to run your business more professional or teach your cashiers to use machine in event someone like me goes there.

They moved a few weeks back, I was really excited to see the new space, but, I was dissapointed really fast . As soon as your walk in it smells like rotten meat/chicken blood, Yuck. They put in a hot food area, however the food including the meat had been sitting out all day long ( I went in the evening), and the food was just gross. The floors looks disgusting like they had been eating off them and just threw thier scraps on the floor. I was totally disgusted and grossed out.

WARNING!! This place sells spoiled meat and expired products!! It makes me think they serve the expired meat in their lunch specials and on top of that they are cheap with their meat portions!! Rude service with arrogant attitudes when you bring it to their attention. To top it off they are expensive! The store looks nothing like the picture. From what Ive been told theyve also appeared on dirty dinning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sells expired produce. Cashier acts like she doesnt speak English or understand dates on products. Cacciatore brothers down the street is much better.
