Worst car wash EVER. Waited in line behind 4 other cars. Took me 20 mins to get to the front and since Id already paid at the pump I figured it would prob. take as long to get my refund as to do the wash. Wrong. It was extremely slow and not well set up to really move people through. Lots of bumps to drive over veeerrry slowly which also hindered the process. And THEN I am sure there was no soap because although the light said it was washing I saw no evidence of it. Ultimately my car came out with many dirty marks, spots and just looked worse than any other car wash experience. Being in a hurry I didnt go in to request a refund and had great doubts theyd give me one anyway.

Lmao have to agree it was outright nasty as hell. The customer service was non existent. I said am i ready to process the transaction and she said you will need to wait till im done talking to my coworker. Yes she said that. Then when transaction was completed i said may i have a receipt and she said "why you want one?" I said yes please. She said "here then." I said have a nice day and got silence as I walked out. Unbelievable

Employees are almost always too busy chatting amongst themselves or people on the phone (not customers) to properly help the customers in the store. On top of the poor service the owners are buying such poor quality bags in the last visit the handles tore off smashing frappachino all over the floor and my wifes shoes and leggings. Avoid this place at all costs.

Ive found staff helpful and pleasant. Pumps are always in working order. Prices are slightly high in comparison to 7-11 or RaceTrac, and you need a Speedway Card to get the best prices. Really the need for the card is biggest gripe I have, which isnt much of a gripe because the card is free, just a pain to carry around.

One star because it wouldnt let me put a negative 3. Hands down the most disgusting gas station I have seen in a very long time. I have seen truck stop bathrooms cleaner than this place. Soda nozzles were gross, I wouldnt dare drink anything from them. Not to mention the rudest staff on the planet!

S#!t staff. Knows nothing of customer service. Usually, just hiring people who actually know their job is to stock shelves, smile at patrons, and at least verbally announce the price of said items stocked on shelves when checking out, should be a given

Worst experience I have ever had!!!! Floors were filthy and sticky. Counters were dirty and sink was filthy. This was 9:00 am. After seeing That I turned around and walked back out and will never go there again!!!!
