I love Sprint...however...I have had two very bad experiences at this Sprint store. My brand new iPhone 6s was damaged because they sold me a mophie case that did not fit the new model 6s. My phone stops working and I have to do a hard reset every once in a while because it locks up. A sprint tech told me that since the case didnt fit it probably damaged something inside of the phone. You only have 14 days to return a brand new phone because of any issues - I contacted them as soon as it happened and while they returned the mophie case with no issues --- I am STILL waiting 13 days to switch out my phone. Their reasoning is that they are still waiting on new phones to be shipped - I just find that hard to believe. They have plenty of 64GB phones available if I want to upgrade for an extra $100.... WOW!! So, I hope they dont try to pull the "its after 14 days and we cant do anything about it" line when they finally get the 16GBS 6s in... Second issue is with a sales rep there - I dont remember his name but he has super long side burns... we went in to buy a refurbished phone and he said there werent any available at all at that store but we could buy a new one. I asked him several times to confirm and he said there were none. So, we left. We went online through the sprint web site and found that they had plenty of refurbished phones at that store. We ordered the phone and selected to pick it up at the store. As soon as he saw us come in to pick up the refurbished phone - he went to the back and didnt come out for a long time.... what a liar and what a jerk! Whenever I go back to the store for anything I make sure that we have nothing to do with him. He is a poor representation for Sprint.

I used to think I hate Sprint. Now I realize I just hate this store. Lastest issue - I purchsed a new EVO on 10/1/2010 to replace my 1yr old Hero. I did this at the Sanford Sams and the guy there did a 3 phone rotating switch in less than 1/2/ hour. Then I wanted to move my old Hero onto my sons number. I accomplished this online on 10/3/2010 but could not get internet access. We travelled to this store (209 Towne Center Blvd, Sanford, FL) where I was told (after waiting 30 minutes to see someone) it would be about an hour before someone in the back could fix it. When i asked why it would take that long they started telling me how they would need to do this and that and blah, blah, blah.... I took the phone and we went over to Sams Club on Rinehart Rd (10 minutes away) and the guy there fixed the phone in less than 15 minutes WHILE HELPING SOMEONE ELSE! This particular location is HORRIBLE. I am sending this to Sprint also to let them know how close they are to losing a long term customer solely because of this store.

This store is horrible. Customer service is bad. There isnt even a greeter or help desk when you walk in, just stood there looking aimlessly for help. Had to wait an hour to see a sales rep to help me. Wasnt offered a chair to sit in until i had to ask for one after a long while and i cant even stand/walk without my cane. I just wanted to switch a phone that my mother ordered for me that was the wrong one and they couldnt help me. Took 4 days of my mother trying to access her account to make me a "delegate" for service. Finally was going to be switched and given my correct phone after multiple visits and had to pay immediately for activation and upgrade costs for the new phone when it was paid for when i got the first "wrong" phone. I am going to go to a different store and giving up on this one. Staff didnt even explain anything going on. I had to ask and apparently seemed to agitate them.

Over the phone corporate told me to go this corporate location. Expecting to be easy process for the trouble we went thru you figure this will be easy being that we were sent here. Well nope. Totally horrible experience. Took us almost 4 hours to get out of this store. Never again will I go here. Staff was not moving at a sense of urgency. Saw one employee joked for 15 mins went to lunch came back joked again for before another 10 mins before doing anything besides checking his outlook. Dont call yourself corporate when you cant handle the slighest of issues, customers and staff. Set up your game. Dont get me started on the host that greets you in 7 secs but takes an hour to be bumped one spot up. Feels like your in a DMV on a Friday morning.

They sales reps I encountered in this store tonight were despicable. I needed a new phone and both reps told me it was impossible to purchase a phone the way I wanted to. One salesman got right in my face an told me in a loud voice his company Sprint was in business to make money and their was no way he would honor my terms. He was the most unprofessional sales person I have ever met. He treated my like I was a third class citizen. I will never enter the store again. I walked out mid conversation and ordered my phone directly from Sprint who by the way agreed to the terms I was discussing. If one of my employees ever treated a customer so rudely they would be terminated immediately.

Megan is my hero! I needed a new charge port and battery. My local store, on 27 by The Villages would do nothing. The 800 contact tech center would do nothing. I drove 50+ mikes from The Villages to the Sanford "surgery center" and Megan found out about my 2 week dilemma of a bad battery and cant charge my phone. Rather than sending my phone out and having to drive all the way back...Megan found parts, replaced both, and I was on my way back with a working phone...and no need to drive another 53 mines to pick up my repaired phone. She truly put the customer first. Just wish she wasnt so far away. With a busy store, I was made to feel I was the only one there.

My boyfriend and I came into this location about a month ago. We had great customer service as soon as we walked through the door. They had a great deal on buy one Galaxy S7 get one free. Malique one of the Sales representative helped us every step of the way.He was very friendly. He gave us all our options and prices to help us fit which plan we could afford. He even helped us find great cases to protect our phones. My boyfriend and I are very happy with our phones and service. Havent had any problems, and I even suggested for my mom and brother to switch over as well. Five stars!

My Samsung Galaxy 6 was shifting between split screen randomly. Appeared to be an overactive touchscreen. Hugh Folkes, Technical Consultant , opened up the device and discovered the problem. He replaced the part while I waited and got the phone working again. I was afraid Id have to wait several days for a reconditioned device, which would have been a problem. In addition to his technical skills, Hugh was very helpful and professional during the entire process. I highly recommend this Sprint store for sales, service and support. John M.
