Dealt with a couple of helpful clerks. At checkout my 1 purchase was rang up higher than i remembered. Clerk said that was the price and maybe a customer put it in the wrong spot. After the sale, i went back and confirmed the price on the rack. I did get an adjusted price but apparently it will take weeks to process.

Im not sure why, but they never have enough check outs open. They do great with help in the store, and I like fact they let us use coupons, some online and that usually takes more time. Most likely you will be waiting to check out with your goodies.

I liked it, but they have a policy that if an item is on sale, you cant use a coupon, even if its off of the original price. It seems like they pick and choose what to put on sale when they have coupons that would discount more than the sale price.

Love this store! Always able to find what Im looking for, or ask someone that can help me find it. Great selection of fabric and craft supplies. Definitely recommend searching out coupons before shopping - there are always some on their website.

Whats the purpose of using coupons and when You go to register not good for that item and coupons says 60 % or which ever % is for regular price off totally crazy it should be excepted it didnt say on coupons certian books are excluded
