Goodwill use to be a fun place to buy used items on the cheap. Now they are so profit oriented that they mark prices so high, you cant help but laugh. They purposely hold back their inventory and only drag out carts with bins of mostly junk. About half the store could be sent directly to the landfill and what would be left would be overprices garage sale items. I sure do miss the days when big corporations didnt try to suck every last penny out of your pocket and then have the audacity to ask you to round up your bill to support "thier cause", of buying up community property and building huge stores to house mostly junk. Goodwill is a profit motivated enterprise with little or no interest in preserving ties to the local community or furthering neighborhood ties to the underprivileged. They could learn a little from the Salvation Army which has stayed true to thier original cause of giving back to the people and not just advancing thier own company.

We had a U-Haul full of clothing and home items...glasses, dishes, and such. The employee at the donation dropoff was unmotivated and slow. He took several items out of their box, took the item, and went to throw the empty box back in my truck. I am not a fan of these people to begin with...they are not the charity they claim to be. Having to deal with a lazy, ungrateful, and unmotivated jerk does not improve my opinion. My mother in law died and this is a lady with great taste. They got a couple of thousand of dollars of quality clothing purses and household goods. They could have been grateful. They could have unloaded the damn truck.

As usual Goodwill is a great bargain hunters paradise and this one follows the others nicely. They have improved over the years and this store is well organized and has nice knick knacks for adults and kiddos. This store is tucked away convenient to 17-92 and a neighborhood grocery store. Look for their specials during the week and make sure that you seniors get your additional discount. Something that the other thrift stores dont give you. RESPECT :))

If you are in the need of inexpensive wall art or home decor...you could do worse and for a lot more money. Browsed through the clothing and found several items, still with the original store tags on, for just a couple bucks. You have to go with patience as the racks are packed and not necessarily in size or clothing type order. All in all if you need something on the cheap, try out Goodwill, you may get lucky.

I am so happy that a Goodwill has been placed in our area. Being a single mom it is nice to be able to shop for my children and our home on a budget. The staff are always friendly and helpful. When I get compliments on my work clothes, I am often asked where did you get that and I love seeing the shock on their face when I say, Goodwill!

I like the selection of items this store offers, but their cashiers for the most part are incredibly slow and sometimes will ignore you to talk to their coworkers. I often have cashiers also complained to me about various things while theyre ringing up my purchases. Its not the worst customer service ever but its a far cry from the best.

Better entry needed. Missed the turn and no place to turn around. Need better color signage for discount. I asked an employee and he was unsure. Had to ask another employee. She said up front. The small sign was hard to find. I walked out with out making a purchase because the lines were too long.

This is one of the more orderly Goodwill Stores I have visited. The majority of the staff are friendly. This store seems to have a good selection of clothing and toys. It also has electronics, but most are dated. They are also very efficient at receiving donations.

Manager wasnt a very good manerger went to get a job there took him well over 4 weeks to find out if I could b rehired n then the last time I called he has some 1 tell me he hired some1 after having me call him just about every other day

Good deals. You do need to have more cashiers available do the line does not get so long. Waited 25 mins to check out for 1 item because only one cashier. Bathrooms were nice and clean and store was well kept.

Everythime I go here there are long lines. You have to look at things very closely. Some items should not even be on the floor they should be in the trash.
