Perfectly horrible. It took months to get my medicine. First they authorized an "equivalent medicine" which was not at all equivalent. I looked it up; there have been deaths associated with what they wanted me to take, and my pharmacist told me it wasnt remotely like what my doctor prescribed, and advised me not to take it. I called several times, and each time they promised to cover my medicine if me and my doctor jumped through enough hoops. We jump, I go to the pharmacy, denied. I went for a month without medicine, and wound up spending about $3000 out of pocket on top of all the money Im paying for insurance. I finally got it covered, got a months worth, and now they are denying it again because evidently there are more hoops to jump through. Hint: Write (dont call) and demand a written coverage decision. The law requires them to respond, and to provide an appeals process if they deny coverage. Once you put it in writing, they back down. Guess they arent eager to have the state attorneys office shut them down, but Ill bet it happens eventually.

It does no good to be nice on the phone and be totally inefficient in what you do. This has to be owned by Adventist health systems, because they cant seem to communicate appropriatley about delays or be efficient with refills. I placed a refill order a week ago on the website...which needs work...and went to check today on why I havent received my meds. It gave a message that the web refill is down and that I need to email them. So ridiculous. They should have already communicated to their customers via email or phone to let us know. Now I cant even get in touch with anyone because they are closed...banker hours. Now I have to use a REAL pharmacy like Walgreens in order to pay more for a partial refill until Rx Plus can get their act together. Oh yeah, and my wife never received her med refill and had to pay more at Walgreens in order to actually GET her meds on time. Im not asking for miracles here. You would think that a Christian organization would work with more excellence. Its a shame.

Abysmal. I tried this and they are incompetent. I put a credit card on file which I have not had a single problem with anywhere else. They called and said they had a problem. I had to give them the same info 4 times before they got it right. Several weeks later when it was time to refill, the same cycle started all over again. Id rather go to the pharmacy every 2 weeks than deal with these morons. If Florida Hospital claims Christ in their mission statement they need to act like it and dump this whole thing. I also had something that needed to be done with one of my wifes prescriptions. I kept getting transferred and no less than 3 times I got transferred to a woman named Brittany. Since it kept coming back to her, she was clearly the one who needed to do something. However, she was lazy and had a bad attitude. People like her who have an aversion to work need to be fired.

Worst Pharmacy ever, I hate being forced to use this company to fill my prescriptions. AHS should do better by its employees then this. I have had them send the wrong medication, I right now I have been out of my BP medication and my Diabetes medication for 7 days. I have called the pharmacy twice in regards to this and was told it takes 7-14 days to process the order and it has only been 7 days, it has been 10 days, I can not understand AHS (Florida Hospital) doing business with these people

My daughter cant use a generic Levotiroxine due to a bad respiratory allergic reaction and Florida Hospital ensurance told us to change medication even do after 3 Doctors doesnt recomended. Cheap services and Corporation you preach the "Healing Ministry of Christ" yeah right, treating yours family bad over charges and ER super expensives and the worst every year is worst. I cant belived this is a Christian Company. Im Adventist 7th day and I really cant belived.

Im required to use this place through my insurance. My doctor sent them a prescription 3 weeks ago. Ive called 4 times, being on hold no less than 15 minutes on each call to no avail. The script still isnt filled and they say it will take up to 5 days to get shipped after they finally fill it, plus the time the mail takes to get it to me. Dont use this place of you arent required to.

Horrible company. My husband called two weeks ago to order my prescription and nothing. So when I called this morning, I was told that they have not processed the prescription. They have my credit card information to process it, but they never processed it. Will not be using this company again. Dont know why Florida Hospital is using this company.

It takes forever for these people to process a simple refill. Theyre nice enough when you call, but no one can do anything to speed the process up. Like other reviewers, I cannot imagine why Florida Hospital continues to do business with these people, unless they have a financial interest in the company. Absolutely the worst mail order pharmacy ever!

Ive been using Rx Plus Pharmacy for mail order prescriptions for some time now and am pleased with their service and efficiency. When Ive called with questions or for assistance the staff members were friendly and helpful. I noticed some bad reviews so I felt compelled to share my positive experiences with this pharmacy. Keep up the good work Rx Plus!

BEWARE. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Med impact forces you take full main ten ways medication through this pharmacy and this pharmacy only carries cheap generic versions of medication. Even if you are having bad adverse reaction to a generic brand, they refuse to pay for another alternative brand. Worst insurance and pharmacy ever!!!!!!

A ridiculously slow and incompetent mail-order pharmacy, Rx Plus boasts long hold times when calling to track down missing and delayed prescriptions and seems to go out of its way to slow the prescription medication process as much as possible. Avoid if at all possible. AHS should know better than to use this pharmacy for its patients.

Every time that I call, the customer service representative is very polite and quick to take care of any questions or issues that I may have. Ive been using RxPlus for several years now and hope that I get to keep using them for years to come. I take multiple meds and they are always refilled super fast.

Been on a medication for over 35 yrs and they cant get it to me on time! I have been without it this time for 4 days! Ordered it 10 days ago!! Typical of them!!!! Am forced to use them! If not for that no way in He** would I use this pharmacy!!

I ordered my refill online during the beginning of the week, got my prescription before the weekend. I like using their online website for refills to avoid calling during a busy time and being placed on hold.
