Very disappointed, I came to look for patio set and nightstand. I needed help in the furniture department. Their were so many employees stocking so I went to ask one for help they told me that they dont work in that department. They said they would call someone. I stood there for a while and no one came. So I asked someone else for help then someone finally came. I asked her about the night stand she said they dont have one. But I can put one on hold, and they would call me when it came in. But the following week I got no call.So I called and asked if it was in the person who answered the phone I asked her about my night stand she put me on hold. As I was on hold I got hung up on. Then I called back, they told me it was in, but no one called me to tell me. Very disappointed

I just left the store ,everything was ok, however no one acknowledged me while in the store. Even though one salesperson entered the aisle I was in to return some items, she never said hello, may I help you or anything. After shopping, I went to the register had a lot of things bulky items. No other customers were at the checkout, once she began to ring my items, then approx 4 other customers were waiting. Only one cashier and she didnt call for additional assistance. When it was time to pay, I paid, still had a lot of items on the tiny counter, the cashier just stood there while I was trying to get my bags in the cart to leave. She NEVER lifted a helping hand to assist putting the bags in the cart. "Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE??"
