There was no cottage cheese in the refrigerated area and so I asked one of the people that work there the gentlemen stopped what he was doing when in the back and found me some cottage cheese and brought two of them out for me very nice people working there then I got in line and I forgot the garlic that I needed and the lady named Jackie went and got it for me and I wasnt even in her laying I wasnt doing my but anyway I love the store I go there all the time Im so glad theyre here thank you

A good selection of basic groceries at reasonable prices. You wont find multiple version of the same thing in many cases but variety is good. Premade hamburger patties, for example, have only one selection. Quality is average. Wait times have always been minimal with enough registers open to support traffic.

That is the Worst Dollar General I have EVER been too!!!! If it wasmy the only store here I wouldnt step foot in it anymore after what happened with my husband going through cancer and chemo. I wouldnt even give one star but had too wouldnt let me give zero

Fantastic asset for Polk City, FL. There is no other grocery in town. We noticed store isnt as clean and tidy as it was last winter. People are friendly, prices are good and nice selection including meats, produce, frozen foods and dairy products.

The fresh food is rarley fresh! Onions moldy cucumbers go bad the next day! Prices are horrible! Wish we had more options in polk city for grocerie shopping!
