I gave this store a 3 star mainly because of the girls they have at the front desk. They are unprofessional, talking and giggling about personal stuff. I had an appt and i arrived 30min early. After waiting for 1hour, people who were walk ins and who had later appts got called in first. When i complained these two girls just looked at each other and did not respond. The doctor appologized for the mixup although it was not his fault. The eye doctor was professional soft spoken and polite i give him a 5 star. The assistant helping with glasses measurement was also very nice she was working very hard tending to all customers. Like i said the 2 girls at the desk were unprofessional, character of indifference and they need to change that because the front desk is the first impression of this establishment. First impression does make a very big difference. I would recommend this place but it would be nice if they made some changes.

We have been going to here for several years and have never had any issues. Yes they are busy! (when youre good thats what happens!) everyone has always been friendly and helpful. We tried to book an appointment at the 2 for $69 place and found out the "$69 deal" would end up costing $300. Not here! they tell you up front what it will cost and thats that. our whole family will keep going here.

Friendly and professional! !! I absolutely recommend anyone who wants to get their eyes check to come here. Walmart was charging me double of what I payed for here !!!
