Its a Disney Store, what could possibly be the reason for only 4 stars and not 5? Honestly, it was just a tad crowded. Not because of the number of people in the store, in fact it was quiet, but because of the arrangement of the racks of goods. While having a wide variety of Disney Merchandise it was hard to get around to see everything.

Fun times with Zayd!

Really bad quality toys. I have gotten a few toys from the Disney store and they break very easily and some dont even work properly. I recently got my son a remote control car and it does not even work at all. Very disappointed because I paid good money for the toy and i didnt get what I was expecting.

Cast members never know what is going on with the merchandise, or the pre-order of Limited Edition dolls. Always get the WRONG information from anyone. The store is crazy with silly guests and smelly from so much PVC and plastic. It is just not worth this anymore to continue to patronage Disney Stores.

Good range of products. Shop is too small for number of people it attracts and seems a bit dark. Also till management is poor. Prices are normal for Disney shops. You can get discounted items from Walmart Cagan Crossing or the outlet at Lake Buena Vista Factory Shops

Great option if you dont want to make the trip out to Disney springs to go to the bigger store. This place is always packed but the staff is, in true Disney spirit, helpful and more than happy to assist you

Its Disney. Of course the staff was pleasant and helpful yet when not needed kept out of the way to let you shop. In true Disney fashion it was kinda busy but thats a mark of a good store.

Very disappointed! The customer service received was nothing compared to the disney standars. Rude, ignorant, unapologetic. Not recommended. Stay away from that store.
