The customer service has really gone down hill over the years. Ive been coming here and buying wheels and tires for over 20 years and its clear now that they really dont care about the customer. Its all about their bottom line. I came in one day to have free flat repair like I usually do. They said it would be an hour and a half. They actually had my tire off in like 30 minutes, which is amazing. Usually I wait longer than they say and I just learned to deal with it. Here is where it gets interesting. They had the tire off, showed me the nail and said its $30 to repair it. I told them no, flat repairs have always been free. He said there was note in the system that I didnt buy this tire from them and they needed to charge extra, so BE CAREFUL. We argued back and forth and I ended up telling them to put the wheel back and I went up the street to the wholesale club and got it done for $11. Needless to say, I was fuming. Why take the tire off and then tell me you werent going to do it free? They wasted my time. The manager called me back later and told me a different story: they dont do free repairs on aftermarket rims. Total BS. These were factory optional wheels that they repaired many times before. They just tell you whatever they feel like and they never apologized. Anyways, that was strike one. Strike two happened a few months prior. I had a bead leak in another tire. They didnt charge me that time, but they didnt fix it right either. I had to go the club down the street and pay $11 and they fixed it properly. Now, here is strike three. I mentioned that I didnt buy the very last set of tires from them even though Ive bought probably 10 complete sets in the past. Even though they say "we guarantee" the best price, they dont give it to you. I had the best price from the club down the street and drove back to Discount Tire just to find out that they cant beat it. They wasted my time again. I always negotiated the best price with them in the past, even though that gets old. Im not buying a used car. Three strikes, Im not going back. The club down the street has a straightforward prices. No gimmicks, no fake "guarantees", no haggling. Just good service. They said if I buy my next set of tires there, they will do free flat repairs, free rotations and free nitro fill. They do that for everyone, so I know that its not an upsell. Its my one stop shop from now on. Plus, you can do your shopping while they work on your car.

This is the ONLY place I will ever come for tire and wheel service! ALL of the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Ive 18 years experience in the automotive repair trade, and finding locations with people whom are excellent and knowledgeable at their job is VERY difficult. Since I am a professional auto mechanic, I just havent worked in the trade for a few years now, I am very hard to please. In fact, the only work I cant do at home is mounting/dismounting of tires, because I lack the machine; I wont let other mechanics touch my car because Ive run into far too many bad ones that Ive worked with over the years. With that being said, I fully trust all of the employees at this location to work on my car without me looking over their shoulder. :) Everyone at this discount location impressed me a lot! They even found two very small cracks in one of my wheels, which could have become a MAJOR issue, and I know most tire places wouldve missed that. While I wasnt happy about buying new wheels, because I didnt want to spend the cash, I was very happy that they found them and I am now safe on the road again. They got my new wheels in a couple of hours and I was back on the road safe and sound. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR WHEELS OR TIRES!!! THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!

I came into the store because I bought the tires from their ebay store and I needed to mount them. When I called, they said theyd be able to do it without a problem. I would admit that the price was a little more than Id hope to spend, but it comes with lifetime balance and rotation. That in itself is usually $25-$30 each time and you can do the math up to 40,000 miles (@3,000-6,000 miles). I believe my salespersons name was Derek and he was very thorough and efficient. They mounted my tires and rebuilt my TPMS system. My tires were done within an hour and there were quite a few people waiting. Upon getting into my car I noticed the stem caps werent the same chrome ones I had on the vehicle. I forgot to mention to Derek that I wanted to keep them on the vehicle instead of getting the black ones. So, I came back and mentioned it to him and right away he got the mechanic to replace them with the chrome stem caps. He was very apologetic and so was the mechanic. They were both professional and courteous about it. That is why I only gave 4/5. I would say to you, if youre particular like me then mention it before you get anything done. That way there is no confusion. In conclusion, I would have my tires mounted here again. They do a good job. Even shine the tires.

Had a horrible experience with a flat tire on the way to work, was able to change it out and with peace of mind that discount tires would be able to fix or replace my tire through their warranty. Upon entering the door, was approached and greeted by Billy. He walked out with me and grabbed the tire for replacement. From there I left my tire and keys. Couple minutes later I received a call that my tire could not be repaired. Sorted out the confusion at first, the rep just said that it was not covered then when I mentioned if it was covered under warranty he said it was and needed to be ordered. I was supposed to drive on my spare for a few days until the replacement came in. Much to my delight the replacement came in upon pick up and my truck was ready to go. Once again I was blessed with great customer service and overall service. I love this store as it has yet to let me down. Loved the under promise, over deliver attitude. I remembered Beau was the manager before and he always provided great service. Billy mentioned that he has just been there for a couple weeks now but seems that this store hasnt missed a beat. Great location, and I will continue to go out my way to come to this store.

I am a picky shopper, especially when it comes to drop large amount of money on something that I am going to use long term. I went online and shopped some of the local shops, either the price or the technical knowledge/customer service could not fully convince me to purchase the deal. So long story short while waiting for my girlfriends doctor appointment I decided to drive down to this discount tire store, bear in mind I have already been to another location and I really wasnt convinced on the package the last person sold to me. When I spoke to David he immediately knew what I was looking for, he also actively called the wheel/tire dealers and asked for the best combo I was looking for, I end up convincing spending 800 dollars more than I planned but I knew I was getting the best deal and something I am going to be happy with. Even right now as I am typing this one of the tire listed on walmart was selling for 340 and he sold it to me for 210. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for new wheels/tires.
